Out of the 98 people arrested:
- 60 are already facing charges in court
-38 cases were settled through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
- 13 are still under investigation
Some suspects were caught right at kidnapping spots while trying to carry out abductions. Others were found with drugs or linked to robbery.
A major concern was the discovery of people disguising themselves as mentally unstable (fake madmen). These individuals allegedly blended into communities to gather information for criminals. They would charge their phones secretly, change clothes, and pass messages to plan attacks without drawing attention.
