11yr Old Househelp Set Ablaze By Madam Dies

Eno Bassey suffered 95percent burns when her Madam set her ablaze because she supposedly stole a piece of meat..

She died on Thursday August 1,2013 around 2am .
May her soul rest in peace.

I sincerely hope that woman pays for taking this little girls life.

May your children and mine never have cause to fall into the hands of human beings like this woman in Jesus name!

  21. But ive noticed that nigerians are naturally very wicked to their house help. Im not nigerian but whenever i am there it seems acceptable that u ppl beat and insult and abuse them and generally look down on them. So its obviously a societal thing. Nigerians Are generally very aggressive ppl. Very quick to insult and attack. Maybe u need a culture change

  27. Oh no!!!!! ..... This incident happened on Saturday, saw the girl running with fire burning her underwear. She was screaming and a man used fire extinguisher to stop the fire and there was a crowd outside the house on adeniran ogunsanya. I was furious that the idiot woman was not given the beating of her life before the police came. This is the kind of country we leave in. After a while, nothing will be heard about this case again. Hmmmm......I'm so pained. May her soul rest in peace. As for the woman, you will surely reap this.

  29. How wicked! Hope the madam is happy now? May her soul rest in peace. This is really cruel.

  30. The madam is certainly going to hell. No amount of repentance will save her. As for the poor girl, I hope she gets the eternal gift of Life in heaven. Amen. Her parents indirectly killed her by not being able to take care of their own responsibility - her. Don't get me started...

  32. Paradise for you my darling sister. God's mercy be upon you. This is where our campaign should be and not the NO CHILD BRIBE we have been shouting about. NOW NONE OF YOU INCLUDING STELLA MAKES REFERENCE TO CHILD LABOUR but you have the audacity to accuse Sen. Yerima of what he does. HYPOCRITES YOU ARE. Is this not one thing that the Senator pointed out in his argument? We are now seeing it just few days after his comments that we ignored and attacked.

  34. Rest In PERFECT Peace dear. God loves you more, so HE wants you UPSTAIRS with HIM and HIS Angels. Adieu.

  35. why i truly hope this child will rest in peace,i think we should question ourselves as well critically.before the woman burned the child, she would have been slapping and severely beating her,how many people intervened or reported to the relevant authorities? none

parents need to realise that its better for a child to be in the village with her parents no matter the suffering than sent to the city to be treated worse than a slave..we all carry our own destinies so no matter where we are what wil be will be,using mr a or miss b's success in the city as a yardstick to catapult your child to be a servant/slave for strangers is morally wrong

most of the people who have ruled this country all grew up in the village dirt poor, mko abiola, atiku, obasanjo and many of them

its just sad that people will talk and vent and pray on here but this incident will fade away and people will return to their daily lives
