President Jonathn Speech On Facebook...What's Your Take?

This was just posted on his facebook page

''In 2011, I made a promise to the people of Nigeria that every zone of our great nation would have an international airport. A little over two years to the day I made that promise we are witnessing the inaugural international flight from the Akanu Ibiam International airport, Enugu. As I said during my inaugural address, "the time for lamentation is over; this is the era of transformation". Our rail infrastructure is being brought
back on track and expanded; our road networks are receiving attention even as we insist on getting them wider and better. As some of you may have noticed, the aviation sector is being overhauled so as to make flying accessible to the average Nigerian. Let me use this occasion to encourage all patriots to remain resolute in our collective pursuit of development and happiness. We must make progress together and no Citizen, no Community in our Country will be left behind. Our determination to ensure developmental justice in ALL the zones shall remain unshakable. GEJ''

*does this make sense to you?Is there somewhere else he should be concentrating on?ASUU is still on strike!

  2. I made a promise to deliver in the contract given to me 8 months ago. Now it's completed by God's Grace, I should then receive standing ovation, abi? Mr. President, you did what you're supposed to do as a president, Shikena. Are you expecting us to dance makosa because of this trumpet blowing? SDK's image doesn't even say 1/10th of what's been neglected by your so-called-Transformation Agenda. BTW, this is a president who wasn't bold enough to go on a Presidential Debate with his opponents, and Nigerians voted for him because he "had no shoes"

  8. If he is really transforming Nigeria, he won't need his advisers to upload/update this message on facebook. Why? Because we Nigerians would have seen it with our glaring eyes.. Action speaks louder than words..

  10. When I voted for Jonathan, I did so with all hopes high, believing the fresh air in our political throne will take us all by storm! My visions saw transformations, a new electricity package that works, overall infrastructural appreciation which ofcourse means mre jobs, increase in the overall wellbeing in matters that directly affect the masses...like an increased minimum wage, reduced transportation expensese, exclusive monitoring process for our telecom operatives, a very conducive atmosphere capable of encouraging entrepreneurship and devoid of insecurities! More like a replica of the american dream. Where as a fresh graduate your assured of security, being able 2 start a life nomatter hw small and be very comfortable. All we hear are their political tantrums and jabs, hw PDP is rebranding itself and APC is the new hope. Hw our nations electoral powers are debated by these grandfathers without us (the masses) having a say!
Benin republic has an almost 24hr electricity situation, security is relatively beautiful there. Their seaport processes are faster and cheaper than ours. Mali has 24hr electricity in almost all of its cities. I was driving a frnds car the other day and a police man pulled me over, his first words were "if I see young boys like you dey enjoy, my body dey sweet me, anytin 4 us". That's how bad the country has become. Which way Nigeria? We have all it takes to be as economically sound and as developed as the United Arab Emirates!
GEJ, what about tourism, what about the jumble pay and medical trips by you and your cabinet?, has anybody done analyses of how much we use in running governance in nigeria, it is bigger than the portion allocated to better the masses. GEJ, why are we still talkin roads?, the rail system u revived, hw comfortable is it?, can u use that old locomotive trains?, dnt we have the resources to build the new ones? What about corruption and the cost of running your wife's OFFICE of the 1st Lady? What about security, when nigerians abroad can hurriedly travel hme witout 1st readin the security reports? How independent is our judiciary? Ibori had to be tried abroad! What about agriculture and empowering rural community dwellers? Am tired....am tired......
