GUD MORNING STELLA,

I JUST WANT TO USE THIS MEDIUM TO APPRECIATE YOUR GOOD WORK. I HAVE LEARNT FROM YOUR BLOG THAT PROBLEM SHARED IS NOT JUST HALF SOLVED BUT FULLY SOLVED.

REGARDING TO YOUR PREVIOUS PUBLICATION, WHERE ONE GIRL WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HER ACNE FACE. I TOOK TIME TO READ ALL THE COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO CURE PIMPLES. I USED TO HAVE ACNE ON MY FACE BUT NOT TO COMPARE WITH WHAT I HAD EXPERIENCED IN THE LAST SIX MONTHS. THERE IS NO SINGLE SPACE ON MY FACE TO THE EXTENT THAT I DONT LOOK PEOPLE IN THE FACE WHILE TALKING TO THEM

I USED ALL THE PRODUCTS I CAN LAY MY HANDS ON BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT. THEN I TOLD MYSELF, 'ENOUGH OF THIS SELF MEDICATION', TRY A DERMATOLOGIST. I MET ONE AND STARTED TREATMENT WITH HER. SHE HAS ONE OF THE BEST SKIN CARE CENTER IN ABUJA SOMEWHERE IN MAITAMA, ABUJA.

THREE MONTHS LATER, NO VISIBLE RESULT RATHER IT WAS GETTING WORSE,UNTIL THAT YOUR PUBLICATION ON ACNE. AFTER GOING THROUGH PEOPLES COMMENT, I DECIDED TO ADOPT ONE, WHICH WAS USING LIME TO CLEANSE MY FACE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AFTER WASHING MA FACE WITH JUST ORDINARY SOAP AND DRINKING A CUP OF LEMON WATER THAT IS DRINKING FRESH LEMON JUICE WITH LUKE WARM WATER EVERY MORNING BEFORE I EAT. TO MY GREATEST SURPRISE, THE FACE STARTED CLEARING. AS I AM WRITING THIS, THERE IS NO SINGLE SPOT OF PIMPLE ON MY FACE.
 
I COULDN'T KEEP THIS ALONE TO MYSELF , THAT IS WHY I DECIDED TO WRITE THIS TO YOU AND ALSO TO APPRECIATE YOUR GOOD WORK COS THEY SAID A PROBLEM SHARED IS HALF SOLVED. IF NOT FOR THAT PUBLICATION, MY FACE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER THIS DAY. SO WITH A HEART FULL OF GRATITUDE, I SAY THANK YOU STELLA AND KEEP THE FIRE BURNING!

    congratulations dear.Am happy for you. Unfortunately mine got worse when i used the same lime.Am so worried right now because i don't know what else to do. I used to have a smooth face before and Christmas is fast approaching. I need to have my smooth face back in order to go out confidently with my hubby.

      Try isotrexino. Very effective but it's on prescription. It's a gel like cream.

      Not sure if they have it in Nigeria because during summer I was advised to use it with sun cream.

      I think the best thing is for you to try out different solutions and one will definitey work for you! About 2years ago I had a skin condition that left me with cluster rashes, I was treated and I started having a lot of pimples afterwards, I tried different things until I started having facials monthly. I go to Ninands once a month for deep cleansing, my face is always smooth now.

      Anon! I am 35yrs old,Spent half of my twnties trying all kinds to get rid of my spots but nothing worked.Now dt I don't even think abt it,its seems to be less obvious dan it was! Jst use regular moisturizers.I use cocoa butter and if I don't see dt,I buy any lotion dt has shea butter!

      Skinsational is Itunu, she has very lovely skin! I bought some glow cream for dark skinned people from her, I used it for 2weeks and stopped the smell was funky. Although people say her products work.

I have spots on my leg caused from mosquito bites when I was in Nigeria and I have tried using Shea butter (ori) and at another point in time I used Bio oil but the spots didn't go.I'm so ashamed I can't wear bum shorts and short gowns during summer.please any recommendations?

      U and I are in d same boat.But since I got here a lot of of ppl with worse skin conditions(stretch marks,Frekles-not sure of d spellin- bt its dt spots on wite ppl) walk around in shorts.I began to wear shorts too n trust me nobody looks @ me funny until I'm around our naija pple.Naija ppl wuld stare @ ur legs while talkin 2 u and some of them even ask "what happend to ur legs".While my Akata n oyinbo frnds hv never looked at it funny or even asked me abt it.So madam,go out there are buy ur short and enjoy ur next summer!

    @SUNBURN, USE A SUN SCREEN AND NIGHT, RUB A MIX OF CUCUMBER & HONEY ON YOUR BURNS. GO TO BED WITH IT. THAT IS BLEND THE WHOLE CUCUMBER WITH NO WATER AND MIX WITH HONEY. WASH FACE TONE AND APPLY.

    For sunburn mix yoghurt and honey with 2 drops of lemon juice only! Apply to affected area and leave to dry overnight; Wash face as normal; During the day please use sunscreen cream all over face when going outside.

Anyway to cut long story short b4 u spoil the chance of other people who really need the help, I used same recommendation from other people who have used same for years( like their family's best kept secret)when I had sudden skin issues and since then everyone has asked me what I used.     Ma routine: wake up in d mrng, wash ma face wit ordinary soap,saturate a cotton pad with the lime juice, wipe it all over my face,then wait for 10 mins b4 I take ma bath. After dt, I moisturize, take d lemon water dn wait for like 20 - 30mins after taking the lemon water b4 I eat. That is how I got ma freedom frm acne.
