No offense taken; i have so many tips that it will take a long time to get it all out on my blog. The Betty Klums tragedy encouraged me to blog my weight loss journey.
I have lost 4 kg in 7 days i started--- just note this is a marathon not a sprint. my result will always be a result of discipline and healthy lifestyle changes.
Depending on how many kg you wanna loose.
First follow today's advice on today's post and keep doing it; then get a FOOD diary to jot down what you eat daily.... next read the post on portion control and implement it. Next do meal replacement with fresh nutritious food/ fruit( 2 ways to do this-----salad and smoothies or juice).
Replace our cooked meals with this at least 2ce daily...... EXERCISE at for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. every 2 weeks increase the intensity of the exercise.
If you are not allergic to nuts, cultuvate a love for them.... almond(raw) gnut, cashew , macadamia (raw), pine nuts etc all unsalted.
