      When you pray, just tell God you are sorry...he says he will not forsake those that seek him with a contrite and broken spirit. After praying, stand up and don't do it again. Btw, the devil will keep trying to make you feel guilty but don't mind the deceiever. Rebuke him and remind him that you have been washed by the blood shed on the cross of calvary.
      Relax dear.....God loves you too much to stay angry with you when you are truly sorry.

      It depends on De type of sin u r talking about, if u have done wrong to someone den ur 4givness lies with De person First b4 God can 4give u, then if it is a sin against God directly then u have to confess that sin to him in all sincerity or talk to a good man of God about De sin, by praying with someone about sin u will relieved,.believe me once u r forgiven u will know bcos dat big load in u will be lifted and u wI'll be at peace with urself again. Remember there is No condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. God be with u.
