The governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano and his wife, Ebelechukwu have bagged some of the highest honours to be conferred on anyone by the Onitsha Arch-Diocesan chapter of the Catholic Laity Council of Nigeria (CLCN)
whats the basis for this award, what has he achieved since he assumed office, am a catholic but i think its high time pple stop buying titles with money plz, they should start earning it with their good deeds and nothing else biko.
