Is Senator Ifeanyi Okowa The Next Governor Of Delta State?

The man wearing the red cap is Senator Ifeanyi Okowa......

I hear he has been signed and sealed and waiting to be delivered as the next governor of Delta state!

Well,it is easily believe able as he follows the present governor everywhere and there seems  to be no other guber candidate in sight!

Is this right?I mean that a candidate is already a winner before the election holds?

All i have asked is a simple question that needs answers

Erm Stella, where you expecting an APC candidate to be following a PDP governor before?
It's clear Udua bobo is promoting his party's candidate.
That aside, I like this Okowa guy. I believe he'll do Delta more good than Uduaghan. Udua seems more confused than ever. It's now he's about to leave office that he's started to break everywhere for Water Resources side sake of say e wan do drainage wey e suppose don do tey tey before taking on the road project there.
I still dey ask am how far about the Yeye-mentalicious BRT lane wey e use dey destroy people car and business from Enerhen junction take reach Airport junction. BRT lane without expanding the roads? Can't count how many times keke scratched me coz of how tight that place gets everyday.
See Enerhen junction wey dem do, but the willie willie no gree am leave am. Today dem go scatter, tomorrow dem go heap sand. Abeg person tire for Udua.
