If it's just a discharge, I would suggest treatment for gonorrhoea AND chlamydia. I would also recommend treatment for syphillis as these things hunt in packs especially in Nigeria. You can't have intercourse for a week after treatment. And be gracious enough to tell ur current girlfriend.
If you have any ulcers on the genitals or in the area, it changes things a little.

You need risk assessment for HIV but I suspect you won't pay for/take prophylaxis. Plus, it has been a while. I would recommend an HIV test in three months. And keep your pants only use a condom until then.
