    3. Na wa oh. It's expensive wow. A beg will rather go and pay my gym subscription on. Am not against anyone using supplements but the truth is when you stop using it you are going to double your former size. Speaking from experience. So what I do now is eat health and stop all foods on or before 6pm. Walk/jog for @ least an hour everyday. And am good to go. Was a size 24 before and am a 14 now. It's just self discipline and determination. And yes am married with 4 beautiful kids. But if u no get power just use d boster come down small. Good luck to all dose who will try it.

    8. @ favourite girlfriend. It's now 1yr 2months of serious disciple. I don't skip any meal @ all but eat in small portions. No fuzzy drinks just water and natural juices I make myself. I go to the gym 5x a week from 6am to 8am before I start my business. Take more of cereals with skimmed milk in d mornings avoid sugar in them. And pls stop d slim teas. I also use moringer seeds and leaves every day. It's a good and natural detox. My lunch is usually early by 12noon were I eat more of raw or semi cooked veggies with all my meals. Supper by 5pm and light. Just do this and u would see results. Try walking on rds it's very good. Good luck

    1. I dont believe in all this ,the weight will come back ,if you want to loose weight change your eating lifestyle and 20%excersice ,detox yourself once a month ,if you cant be in a gym ,long walk and house chores help in weightloss.God sha bless una husstle.

    2. My dear, am in same shoes as u. But am yet to get married cos am so slim, wetin I Neva chop....wateon and complan is just beginning to the extent I have gone to add weight. My doc tells me people are dying to slim down but our men would rather have a fleshy babe...as a guy once jested, " na bone I wan knack???". U can just imagine. So I have resigned myself to fate

  8. Where do i send your kiss to? If you can not exercise, at least start by reducing the quantity of your food, reduce carbs, take fruits, banish soda, cakes,pastries and most importantly avoid late meals.
    All these drugs are not advisable.I am not trying to ruin anyone's hustle but stating the obvious truth.

  11. Na so. Let me ask,what happens from Day 31?. When you must have finished taking it?.

    I have been on the two sides of the divide,so i can speak with authority.
    I was very slim and i ate all sorts to add a bit of weight. Custard,Wateon,all sorts. No way.

    I started adding weight after i had my 2nd kid. I was extremely happy. I kep adding n fear set in.I weighed myself n panicked.

  17. @ Fierce: mix a bottle of cold Malta guiness with a can of peak milk every nite. U'll see d diff within 2 wks. I tried everything I could to add weight - omega h3, supa apetit, etc but nothing worked till I used ds. Now i'm a comfortably size 8

  23. As far as i'm concerned i don't see much difference. she wears an oversize in the first pic to emphasize her 'fatness' and a body hugging dress in the second pic to accentuates her 'now slim figure'. thats just not the way to go.....

  25. Story for d gods..... I vow to go on 6 months diet, now is jst 4 months +, and everyone including those who said I should go on diet are d once telling me to stop.

    For me there's nothing like eating clean, although healthy food is expensive bubut it's worth it....... I don't exercise much but I take an hour walk everyday.......

  29. Have any of you heard about thyroid problem? Underactive thyroid makes people to add weight? And some are genetic? Everything is not about food. And most of you cussing over weight people, you forget to look into your household before pointing fingers. Nigeria food is all carb. How many veggies are in our diet? Exercise? The average Nigerian leaves home by 5:30 to get work, get home by 8 because of traffic, weekend they catch up with domestic affairs, biko, where is the time for exercise and not eat after 6 ? Being slim does not mean you are fit or healthy. Some are lucky to have good bodies because of their genes.

The truth is you gain weight from what enters your mouth ,and Nigeria is the best place to loose weight fast ,because all our food are mostly organic.how come village people dont get fat ,eat three times a day not to full and see if you wont loose weight .Nigeria got fresh things for anyone to loose weight fast .

    2. Nigeria is the best place to drop the weight. There are rich organic fruits and vegetables, if one really want eat them.
      Fast food outlets have made lots of people unhealthy.

      There are time for everything, for example leave home 20mins early,get a good walking trainers, deodorant etc . Put your office shoes in your rucksack and other items needed and walk for 20mins .where you decided to stop take any transport to work and freshen up (The fat will melt away with time)
      Shedding calories is about self determination and discipline.(not what the eyes see as food the oral cavity will eat...lolz)
      Eat clean, drink lots of water to boost your meterbolism .

  31. There are no magic in shedding calories. The best way is clean diet, lots of water, exercise and exercise (cardio)...sweat it out like there is no tomorrow lolz, and feel the different.

    Popping pills daily is never a good way because,when one stop taking the pills the weight will come back in triple.

    Is better to create a routine for life .

  32. na exercise and reducing portion sizes go do am oooo ( I have reduced the portion of my swallow to half of MY hand wen it is clenched, and take most of d soup, rice is 2 cooking spoons, as well as any other cooked meal, yam is not more than 2 slices, boil my eggs instead of frying, switched to sunflower oil for my stews, switched to wheat bread from white bread, eat more of fish than beef or chicken, lots of fruits esp for supper, no more sweet biscuits, switched to honey with my tea instead of sugar, eat ice cream, shawarma and pizza on only my bday and hubby's bday; I have backslided sometimes, but forgave myself and got right back up; bot a weighing scale so I can monitor my progress etc)....also cutting out junk food and carbonated drinks...water is still d best. start slow and gradually increase the intensity of ur exercise. if u want something u have never had, uv gotta do sth uve never done.

      Tea next time without honey. It will give your tea a sweet taste and lovely aromatic flavour without the calorie you get from honey.(half teaspoon depending how you like the flavour strong)
      And cinnamon spices is very good for ones health.
