Actress Megan Fox Files For Divorce From Brian Austin Green

This isnt breaking news so please hold your fire...

Actress Megan Fox has filed for divorce from actor Brian Austin Green after five years of marriage. The "Transformers" star cited irreconcilable differences for the breakup.

The pair has two sons together, and the 29-year-old actress is seeking joint custody. Fox and Green began dating in 2004 and married in 2010. She listedJune 15 as their date of separation, and her filing indicates they do not have a prenuptial agreement.

The 42-year-old Green starred on the television series "Beverly Hills, 90210" and appeared on the FX series "Anger Management." Fox starred in 2014's "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie and its upcoming sequel.

Goodluck to them as they go their separate ways.

Quick question, why are higher percentage or most divorce cases instituted by the women abroad, while men who are mostly the "causers" of the squalor keep dragging their heels?.

In Nigeria in most cases, the man has cheated, wants to go and the woman keeps begging for another chance...

Why why why?

  4. It's because Nigerians see marriage as an achievement...
Any girl that is 40 years and above without a husband is as good as nothing...the society will frustrate the hell out of you including your parents and siblings....
Infact, you will no longer have a say in your house...any small argument with your people or friends, they will tell you to go and marry...
    The thing gwuru Ike mehn...

  5. Well good luck to her.
Since she has kids already she shouldn't enter another marriage because she will be committing adultery according to the bible.
    No be me talk am.
To marry again after divorce is adultery and since she has kids then no need to commit the sin of adultery.

Stella to answer your question the law in Naija does not favor the women. Abroad the men move out of the house in times of separation/ divorce.
For Naija them go throw d woman things comot and na her papa house she go land before she finally go rent house.
    Not fair!

    1. Madam! If he cheated dem even the bible supports it. Cuz in acts or so, it says when adultery is involved them dey marriage is null n void. She is not committing adultry if he broke the marriage vow.

  6. It's the usual practice of Hollywooders.
It didnt come as a shock.
What was he ish? Irreconcilable difference as always cited?
    All the best to them.

Stella, abroad, these women have a whole lot to gain Moreso they care less about what ociety thinks.

In naija, naija women can like to die put on top "I am a Mrs" . Case of suffering and smiling + the stigma here is unbearable for some
    That's why.

In Nigeria, society ll castigate the woman and label her "terrible" woman. Abroad the society doesn't look down on divorced women/single women and they believe there is life with or without marriage!

    Stella, to answer your question.
Most nigerian women are FAT before or after marriage or child birth.
Their chances of marrying again after divorce is zero.
That's why they prefer to die inside than leave

  14. Stella, if u ask me, na who I go ask?

  16. Finance is one of the reason Nigeria women don't divorce their husband, another is fear of stigmatising of women

  18. Stella Happy birthday! Wishing you nothing short of the best life has to offer. You are indeed an Angel.
Now back to the post. If you ask me, I think this divorce issue is way more than the eyes can see. Its not just ordinary neither is it normal. Its an agenda by the devil and his cohorts and one of his tools for luring more and more people away from making Heaven. Can you imagine the trillions of people that are committing adultery for the rest of their lives in the name of marriage? God can't be mocked.
Note that this is becoming a trend and the coming generations even in Nigeria will have a tough problem staying married.
Anyone who is married to a divorcee is in trouble and will never be able to be free even through prayers (cos he/she is holding on to another's property)
If one is going to be a divorcee, he/she has to make sure to remain celibate till his/her partner dies b4 he/she can remarry.

    1. I am a celibate divorcee and plan to stay so by God's grace because the thought of marrying another man makes me have a headache. Thank God we do not serve a Nigerian God who condemns Remarried Divorcees and encourages Married men who cheat, beat and emotionally abuse their spouses or a God who endorses bribery and incompetence.

  23. for once can oyibo ppl have a lasting marraige?haba divorce is now the in thing for alot of people now.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Contrary to what you all think, Oyibo people work at their marriages. The men go for counseling. They are just not as tolerant to abuse and infidelity as our women are. Our women are taught to be dependent on a man for air so it is hard for a woman to leave her husband's house and leave the title and allowance to work hard and feed herself and her kids. We go to pastors who have horrible marriages for counseling instead of trained counselors. Our marriages generally stink but when you See a healthy Nigerian marriage, it just makes you feel good . Happy is not the key word but healthy.
