FTSF TO GIVE FREE TREATMENT TO FERTILITY CHALLENGED COUPLES

Fertility Treatment Support Foundation, (FTSF) in furtherance of its mission of bringing joy and happiness to fertility challenged families, will be giving away FREE fertility screening and full treatment to fertility challenged couples via the “Little Miracles” contest.

Through this program, 15 lucky couples will receive free comprehensive fertility screening while 5 couples will receive full fertility treatment.

PARTICIPATION
To participate, infertility challenged couples are to send SMS/text to 09081190600 or 08080800156. SMS should be titled FREE IVF and followed by phone number and name of couple (Mr. n Mrs. XXX). Please note that entry is via SMS only.

ELIGIBILITY
“Little Miracles” is open to all indigent and infertility challenged couples (Nigerians only) from all regions of the country. Only two entries are allowed per couple using two different telephone numbers in order to increase their chances.

The “Little Miracles” contest, 2015 starts on 17th September and ends 18th October, 2015. Winners will be picked via an electronic raffle draw. The draw event takes place at Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island on Sunday 25th October at 4:00pm.
We enjoin everyone to spread the word of hope to couples. And we at FTSF will continue to provide the much needed support system or platform for those couples who are fertility challenged to interact and share their problems.

ABOUT FTSF
The Fertility Treatment Support Foundation (FTSF) which was formerly known as EART Foundation was established in 2008 as a result of the growing occurrence of infertility in our society today.

The foundation over the years has provided free fertility screening and treatment to over 126 less privileged couples as her contribution to helping them realize their baby dreams. The foundation also provides educative and enlightenment programs to the public and the medical professionals
