Gunmen Abduct Wife Of Super Eagles Midfielder

Unknown Gunmen have kidnapped Maimunat Ogude, wife of Fegor Ogude, Super Eagles midfielder.

According to reports on Tuesday, his wife was kidnapped by unknown armed men in Warri. Delta state, on Monday night.

He said “I wasn’t home yesterday,My wife Maimunat Ogude went out with my kids. Barely two hours that I left the house, my younger brother Ogaga called me to say that some armed men came to the house to take my wife away,” said the midfielder, who has 16 International caps.
“I was told that they threw my kids out of the car and just took my wife in my car.

“Immediately I heard this, I had to go to the Police station to report this. And after making the report, I tried tracing them to see if by chance I could get the direction they went to. But I could not.
“All these happened between 7:30/8pm last night. Till this moment, I have not heard from them. I haven’t found my wife till this moment.
“But I got a call from the police that my car had been found in Ughelli. But no words yet from the kidnappers. I don’t know the state in which my wife is since last night.”

    1. Imagine the insolence. It has come to a point where in Nigeria people no longer panic over kidnapping. And that is because we know that money is what they want and they'll eventually release the captive, while they'd get away with it without being tracked by the police. That is why they are still in business. Arase take note.

  9. Despite all the money given to them by Yaradua and Jonathan's regime those Niger Delta militants are still kidnapping and terrorizing and organizing robbery. God will sure bring them to justice.

  20. Grant less interviews so they don't know your plans.

Kidnappers read the news you know.
Let them think you are unto them,or give them false security...abeg they don't need to know your every move.

    Pray she is found.

    1. True Iphie. I once watched a documentary on a serial killer and one of the most dangerous men that ever liveth in the U.S. The guy got his kick from watching the families of his victims cry on national tv. He enjoyed the fame and that was the only reason he kidnapped and killed people the more. If the police didn't televise his kidnap, he would get angry and kidnap some more. He especially loved it when the police started to track him through forensics. He would quickly tune in to watch the breaking news every time he struck, and had a filled day from the confusion and incessant plea by families involved. Very psychotic.

    2. Sisi,i think I know this docu or a similar one.

One time he killed and didn't read any news about it. Cops Kept mute and silently worked.

Dude sent a newspaper clipping with a coded message to taunt the cops...and that was how they started searching for the make of the type writer he used...other things unfolded and he was caught.
