    1. I'm into sand business. I've a dredger of my own that pumps sand. All I need right now are tipping trucks to help me convey my products. Money I spend on haulage is too much and most times I don't get to see profits. Contracts come on daily basis but no money to implement. If I've trucks of my own or see someone to sign an mou with, I can assure you that before the end of the year, profits will run into millions. I have proofs if need be. All I ask for is helpers

    4. If I have money now,I will set up an NGO,where I can bring people to help train single mothers, widows and orphans in various skills like sewing, cake baking and make up and so on,and then employ them to work.
With job opportunities like this, nobody will go hungry or begging.
      Phew so help me God,Amen

    6. I am going to comment unedited, first thoughts immediately I saw this headline. A business post, this should be interesting but whosai..its not a marriage convention post so I might as well swallow for expectations.
I couldn't comment yesterday but take it from a married woman: Love is a beautiful thing, best appreciated when not found commando style, allow it come when it comes because it is Hustle above everything else. Financial, intellectual, spiritual hustle. That completes you,a man is a plus to your existence not the centre.
Young ladies with all the time in the world to make money and advance themselves will read sdkb and limit themselves to looking for a man. This is for my 24yr old cousin, babe there's more to life.. open this post and learn more about business.

The Value of work- Rev Osas Obarisiagbon- 23/4/16

      11 Thess 3:10
The pre-requisite for eating is work according to this scripture. The earlier we start teaching our children to learn to work before eating, the earleir.
      Isa 1:19, Eccl 9:10

The previledge of work is a high previledge of the human race. The rich are the hardest workers, they sleep not more than 4 to 5 hours daily, but the poor sleeps an average of 8-10 hours daily. the poor sees work as a burden, but the rich sees work as a necessity and pleasure.

      Eccl 3:22, prov 24:27
The greatest joy of a man should be in the works of his hands, and a man should set up a business or job income structure in place before building his house. Building a house is good, but building a business that will build the house is smarter.

      Prov 18:9, prov 11:18
To some people, they sleep so much that even when they wake up,they complain of still being tired.

Your capacity to earn is tested in your place of work. Make yourself love hardwork. Each time I look at the return of my work, it gives me joy, so I love work.

      Gen 1:28, Gen 2:15
The concept of work was not because of the fall of man, work began even before man fell. Work well done does good to the man who does it. When you work, the reward will pay the bills. Work in itself is a blessing. Work is not reserved for slaves, work is not a curse.

Have you graduated and looking for a job, please get yourself something to do, even if it means volunteer job, when a young man or woman don't work, depression sets in. A labourer is better than a beggar.

MONEY Part 4- Rev Osas Obarisiagbon 17/4/16

      Wealth creation principles:

1.Save 10% of all you earn
      2.Control your expenses
      3.Multiply your savings through investment
      4. Guide your earnings and savings from losses
5.Build you and your family a home
6.Insure a future income for you and your family
      7. Increase your capacity to earn.
To be successful you must increase your capacity to earn, this starts with a strong desire, and this desire should be very definite and specific, you must say am earning 100k monthly now, in two years I want to earn 400k.

Everyone has the same 24 hrs, but the wisdom of the rich is that they add more value to time. You cannot add more time to your day, but you can ad more value to your time. For instance, if you give an artisan a job of 200k to make a set of furniture, if he does it in 3 days he has increase his earning capacity to 200k in every 3days and if he does that consistently, in a month he has increased his earning capacity to 200x10 times in a month amounting to 2million, all he needs is to go get more jobs to do.

If you have the capacity to secure 100k, you can raise it up to 200k

You must have deep interest in your work to increase your capacity to earn. Love your job or business and give it all your best so it can give you more and maximum earnings.

In your pursuit of increased earning capacity, you must maintain a good mental and physical health as well as a healthy lifestyle. Engage in regular exercise to boost your stamina for work.

Do you owe anyone, go and pay to retain your respect. Take care of your families financial needs as aman to retain your respect.

Don't buy luxuries on credit, you can borrow for investments and business but not for consumables.
If you must borrow money, borrow for investments, nor for luxuries or liabilities.
When Christians borrow and don't have capacity to pay, it doesn't mean they are bad , they are bad persons if they have capacity to pay and refuse to.

Write a will of your properties, so you don't live your family in disarray when you are no more.

      Luke 19:20-30
In lending of money, be careful. The rich are rich because they are prudent with their money. They hardly lend.
In managing your business, don't take it lightly when your employees mismanage your business and money,Hand them over to law enforcement agents.
Don't give your hard earned money to people to perpetrate their indiscipline.

Be sure before you lend money to anyone, make sure he has more assets in case the money fail. First check his or her sense of judgement if it is correct, before lend such one money.

Stay aware from unclear deals like "oil and gas deal", what is oil and gas deal? be specific and until you know the specifics of a business, don't invest in it. Run from fraudulent deals and investments.

      Prov 6:1-2

Don't borrow money based on emotions, or friendship, ensure the capacity to pay of the person. Don't borrow money to give and help someone else with, if you do you will be carrying his or her burdens. Don't even guarantee some one for lending

Don't go gambling, betting and loosing. like in naira bet, bet9ja, Those who owns lottos and betting houses and companies, are multi millionaires earning from people's looses. When you loose they make money. No one becomes wealthy from lottery or gambling winnings, almost all those who earn big in gambling in the US, end up being poor, because they are not skilled in wealth creation.

Don't invest your hard earned money in foolies and stupidity, invest in practicable businesses. Reduce the time it takes to do a job for a customer so you can do more of such jobs or business and increase your earning capacity.

Be wise as a serpent and harmless as a Dove.

    1. The truth is opportunity abounds but people are perpetually lazy and would wait for manner to fall from heaven or enslave themselves at a job they hate out of fear of testing the waters. Another truth is the rich also get lazy but they don't stop.. They never stop! You have to consistently expand your networks for your business and you must not be afraid to sell. Donald Trump is a billionaire because he's one of the worlds greatest showman, also making a show of his ventures.

I have a home business toolkit that can make you a millionaire under a year but people would rather hide under the shadow of a safe job that they hate all in the name of building a career. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong in having a career but I'm saying, why don't you push the boundaries a little bit. That's all I'm saying. So if you are truly serious about turning your annual income into your monthly income then let's talk. Leave an email under this comment and I'll reach you.

    2. Recharge cards is good but people do condemn it based on the rate at which the profits yield but with stable and good rate of turnover the money accumulated nicely at the long run..whatever businesses you wanted venture into ensure you shared your capital into 2 or 3 cos credit sales can't be disputed but can be minimal you can always falls back on the 2nd or 3rd portion of the capital to keep the business going cos there are lots of challenges at the initial stage like
      .Getting stable and faithful customers
Rejection of your product by prospective customers , the one's you didn't believe on May end up being a good customer to you
Underpricing of the products by the customers, some has the perception you're new in the business so may want to use the opportunity to cheat you.....etc
But at the long run you will smiles home once the business gain ground
Currently am into edibles oil but market is dull based on the economy and unstable price issues. Meanwhile rechargeable cards market is sure I used the small change on it for jara

  37. With such amount, do not rush into starting anything. Take a deep breath. If you have passion for a particular skill, you need to enrol for training. If you already trained, get a place for attachment to further your skills and get experienced.
Let me be specific on the fashion design aspect because that's my area of specialisation.
Enrol in a good training school like ours where you get trained for 3-6 months because you don't need to be trained forever. You can as well stay back after training for industrial attachment where you will see the practical aspect of running a fashion design business without paying a dime.
Off course, during your training, you are expected to buy a sewing machine either industrial electric machine which cost around #60,0000 or manual sewing machine which cost #25,000. This machine serves as your initial capital asset.
When you are done with this stage, you begin to sew from your house or you buy space where other fashion designers are either in a plaza or a market. You don't need to spend so much renting a shop alone.
Talk to family and friends about your new business. When you are good at what you are doing , you will surely get referrals. It gets to a point where you obviously need to improve the business by getting a bigger space, more organisation, more hands to help etc.
At the end of the day , you are still left with a balance to buy sell fashion related items like fabrics in your shop. The ministry keeps moving until it gets to the permanent site. You have to be prudent and disciplined.

    Training #75,000
    industrial electric sewing machine #60,000
    Shop /corner space #25,000
    miscellaneous sewing accessories #10,000
    Do the calculation
You can as well buy good quality fabrics at good price, get a good tailor, make ready-to-wear for sale to colleagues, family and friends.
Also, you can get a space in departmental store to display and sell your clothing pieces at a token to the management.
Online business is unlimited, you would be surprised at the sales turn out with simply data that you would have used to browse crazy stuffs.
I will post more. Back to work.

  45. First, get a shop and sale baby diapers and wipes. Different brands. Babies are born everyday so there is an everyday market for such business. OR
Open a car wash and a laundromat at the same place and have someone preparing barbeque fish and chips(both plantain and potatoes) and of course sodas in front.

    1. Love your idea, but here's how you can make it better and sexy.
Get a plot of land, half it, use half for your car wash and the remaining half for your BBQ and rest (add drinks and the rest)
Divide the section with a nice clean wooden material, make your place look standard, then every month you can host a car wash party or charity event, everybody loves party, people would come get their cars washed and they eat, your place gets known, by the way beauty and standards matter, no go do anyhow thing please.

Farming is good, your kids will have their own crops or chicken to take care of, and make sure you pay them :) and watch your farm grow.

I work hard, i am focused, i am target driven and i have 6 wonderful staff who are paid on or before the 28th of every month, i ensure their welfare and benefits are not delayed.i am happy they are proud and passionate about my company and do their best to ensure success.....
