RENT TESTIMONY

Dear Stella,
Good morning, I am here to share an awesome testimony of how God will always come through for His own. I am one of those that testified on this blog about my pregnancy (former ttc). Since I became pregnant things have been a bit rough for my husband and I.

People were saying it's because I am pregnant, that things like that usually happen (I don't know how true that is).

Anyway back to the main gist, our rent was going to expire this month of September, my husband and I did all we could to get the money but nothing came. We were devastated because we had never owed before. Infact on 29th of September I cried my eyes out, because I just didn't believe the way things were. My husband was worried more about me than the rent as i could not stop crying.

My darling Stella, you will not believe it ooo, exactly on the 30th of September, two debtors paid my husband out of no where and one of his friends gave us 100k.
God in his infinite mercies came through for us, God sent us our rent and we paid our rent on that same day.
I am so grateful to God. My Darling Miracle worker.

I can imagine your worries..Thank God!

  6. Here are some things to cut down on in order to make it out of this recession financially sane.

    *Generator usage*

It’s bad enough the economy is crumbling faster than a cookie but how many Nigerians can recall a lengthy spell of uninterrupted power supply.

Our standby household generators have for years, been doing what the government cannot do for us.

Now that the situation is getting dire, generator usage should be restricted to specific hours and to take care of necessities.

Comfort can wait till recession is over and we are out of troubled waters.

    *Eating out*

Anyone who actually cooks will know that restaurants serve overpriced, often unsatisfying food.

So instead of taking your hard earned money to pay for ‘fancy’ food, go to the market, buy raw food and head to the kitchen.

    You’ll save so much money.

    *Driving walkable distances*

The cost of fuel is higher than it has ever been in Nigeria’s history, so why not kill two birds with one stone while going for short errands.

Take a walk or go for a run while running your errand. Your body and pockets will thank you.

    *Bulk buying of groceries*

Constant grocery shopping can be such a chore so we tend to buy in bulk.

However, a disadvantage of bulk buying is that some goods may expire or spoil before you get around to using them, hence cut your grocery shopping list down to necessities.

Get what you need and not what you think you will need.

    *New clothes and shoes*

Your old clothes are perfectly fine!

Oh you think people have noticed you’ve had that shirt for a while? Frankly, it’s nobody’s business.

As long as your clothes are not obviously tattered, there is no use going cloth shopping every week to impress people and depress your bank account.

    *Hanging out*

We all love spending quality time with friends and family but instead of going someplace where you’ll spend more than you budgeted for (more often than not), invite them to your house and plan activities everyone can participate in.

  30. I read ihn last week and saw the memo and the responds of the okrika seller and I'll advice them to compromise..

The okrika seller should refund 100k to the girl since what she gave her isn't UK bale like she told her. besides she is with 50 pieces of the bags so return the girls money and be honest with your dealings. Tell them it's not okrika when they are buying it. Explain to them that this is how the bale goes so they don't meat any disappointment. I have some time gone to your nairaland page and the bags there are new and not UK to be honest. The Micheal kors I saw that day was all shades of fake and new

The buyer should hold the 50 pieces and sell it off. Don't go about wanting the full 200k. You made a mistake. You should have asked her to open bale for you so you choose what you want or see to be sure it's good. I can't pay for bale upfront without seeing it first. At least the first time I will pay when I'm picking up to establish a kind of trust.. Now you are stuck with bags you didn't bargain for.. Manage and sell that one and collect your 100k from her since she was the one that said she will pay you 100k..

Bale seller, the call out on you is too much. Half the people you do business with here always call you out that means you are not doing something right.. A good name is better than anything. Give that girl her money and be honest from hence forth

    1. Forget Stella Ogbu she's a proud scammer. Recall she collected money from many girls, that she had ushering job for them back then, registration was 5k each.later she said they refused to pay her that only 10k each was paid, to pity them she now refunded all of them their 5k reg fee.you know the meaning? Stella recruited the girls to work for free and pocketed d profits. Sharp she goat. Who charges that much for an ushering job? Is it an Mtn or Glo contract?
One day d police man protecting her will go transfer then she go hear nwiii

2nd scam is with her P.A Romas Adejoh who she employed after working she refused to pay the woman her 35k salary saying she was not pleased with the job Adejoh did, that Adejoh was inexperienced, a woman you interviewed.
So if Stella is going to Mile 2 from Obalende and the motor spoils at Oshodi she will not pay her transport fare? Who enjoys services for 30 days then claims the services was not sweet that he or she won't pay? Mad woman Ogbu, one day the bush meat go turn to hunter.

  33. WHY ARE YORUBA PEOPLE SO UNFAITHFUL IN RELATIONSHIPS

I am a man and I can say so because of the experiences that my associates had meted out on ladies. The Yoruba man is so self-centered and untrustworthy. They are so tied to their "mother's apron" strings and if the mother says "divorce or kick her out", they do so before she completes the sentence. Those that claim "born again" among them do same, they will even use "god" as an excuse and they visit mediums as easy as they visit churches.

Please NOTE ladies that you should not generalize, as there must be some angels among them out there.

Stop tagging Yoruba men, demons; and no, I ain't Yoruba. Your tori show say you get esteem issues, person collect another babe number for your front, you come pretend to be friend. If another babe come meet am for house, e mean say you go pretend to be maid...oshi o da

  70. I got here in 2012 through nigeriafilms.com.
On that very day I was surfing for entertainment news on the net then Nigeriafilms popped up,I clicked and kept visiting their site once in a while.
They had two funny characters with the monicker 'Lala & Lolo'. Lol,they are real badmouthed fellows,Lala is a guy i think...while Lolo is a lady. Going by thier comments, they were both schooling and working in Austria.
Other bvs were always insulting them and calling them Stella dimoko korkus. Hahaha
You see comments like stella go back to your blog, evil woman coming here to make foolish comments. Others will say NF paid them(L&L) to make such comments to 'draw more customers'. Bvs always insulted them cos they(l&l) loved sdk and always mentioned her name.

This story don long abeg. Let me cut it short.
When NF made that mercy aigbe jalabia post, lolo and lala were like, thats why i like stella, that woman is fearless. Thats when i said i must find this stella,ah an! Everytime stella stella!
I typed stella d.......and yeah i'v bn a bv since then.
Sometime last year i went back to that blog but couldnt find them. Just wondering if they are bvs here but changed ID?

  73. Concerning that Save Our Needy post

How can you want to help the needy(widows, internally displaced, etc) and then give them conditions like following you on Instagram, twitter, facebook and so on?
How can these people follow you when some of them do not even have a phone, others do not have good phones that can work with the above listed. Majority of them do not even have enough Western education and internet knowledge to manage these social media handles. Some good neighbours or relatives usually inform them and even apply on their behalf in some cases.
In view of the above, who are they targeting to help with their donations? I hope someone that knows them will talk to them about this.

  74. In house news welcome oh.
    I wanna say something here.
Why is it that most Nigerians ask stupid questions? Can you imagine my aunty gave birth, and people kept calling asking was it via cs,or na normal?
She kept saying my sister na c.s oh what can I do and kept explaining the circumstances leading to her giving birth via c.s

    It is such a shame.

I find this very annoying and disturbing Cox this is exactly the reason some women find giving birth via c.s abnormal.
Pls it is very normal, both you and your child would be very normal and sound.... nothing like abnormal birth.

It doesn't feel right asking such dumb questions.
Besides it is called giving birth vaginally and not normal or abnormalities.

    1. I get your drift dear...truth is as long mother and child is fine,no need asking the mode of delivery.
As a matter of fact spontaneous vaginal delivery is termed normal in retrospect after delivery of placenta within a given estimated period. When labour has prolonged and the estimated period has elapsed,it's termed abnormal and a quickest means cs(emergency c section),is employed in most cases. So in this case labour was abnormal. That doesn't necessarily translate to csection being abnormal cause some people opt for it without prior abnormal labour hence the term elective c section(mind this term includes prior booking before commencement of labour ,when some indications like previous cs ,fetal macros Mia e.t.c are met).
