    1. I'm thinking of having a tummy tuck also and some of the fat transferred to my hips. I'm okay with my bum though. I dont have the money yet but with time and more research i should be able to summon the courage. I also ave zero tolerance 4 pain but who knows...

    3. Women will do anything to look marriageable attractive or attractive in marriage
But it must not include dying trying.
Women should be careful of what they seek
      Talking to the copycats.

    4. Not every woman is same. I don't know what you mean by copycat

You see, I workout 7 days a week and I'm as fit as fit Can be. I do not desire big butt or bigger breast I love my fit ass just like that. Bikini ready all year 🙃

However, I have little to no intention of getting married. If I find the one, fine, if I don't not, it's an issue. I am not going to the gym to look marriageable matter of fact, i am very attractive. Proposals coming from left right Center and I've turned them down

With all that said, whenever I have kids, if I do not like whatever I see in the mirror through my own eyes, I will workout as I have always AND still get the "work done" AND I'll have no shame to tell people I got it done, when asked. I wouldn't lie like most :)

So yes! This girl is brave for coming out truthful

Ps: before you come after me that it's a sin, just like your "gbenshing" as you lot here call it and the rest of the things you m partake in. So do not pick what sin you are comfortable in but go on preaching. FOH

    5. She looks good I must admit.

If I have the resources, I would love to go for this at least after child birth. But for now, I am so much interested in transferring all the fat to my hips.

      No time.

    6. If I do not, it's not an issue *

No shame in telling people that I got it done when I'm asked.

As for the plastic surgery candidate, as long as she doesn't claim, slim tea or exercise is the reason for her good bud then her body, her business.

    3. Babe no melon is bowing to anything. With the improvement of body reconstructive surgery which we are experiencing in this generation...you can do a breast lift as many times as possible over to your 70's and the twin towers will still be pointing to the ceiling while u go to your grave

  11. Don't be deceived ladies, they always end up regretting it trust me. All you need is exercise, plenty water, fruits, reduce your food intake, scrub and steam bath. Trust me, you can't go wrong with all this.

    8. Yes dear, steam and scrub at least twice a month. I do mine every week. Exercise is the truth.

      Delete
    9. Pls what do you use for the steam and scrub and how is it done?

      Delete
    10. Like the name suggests,it's a steam bath. U are let inside the cubicle and the steam hammers u. And inside that steam bath are herbs and the likes(depends on what u like)

You stay as much as ur body can tolerate and then u do the scrubbing and the polishing before u take ur final bath. Dunno what they have inside those scrubs and all. They wil never tell. And I don't ask.

Not a fan of Big booty.
Just a Firm, healthy body is all.

    1. There is fat freezing and one they call smart Lipo. Think no incisions done, no surgery persay. They numb the place while freezing/ lasering. they lazer/freeze the fat with a machine. With time I don't know whether you excrete or I guess the lazer/freezing burns it or melts it.
It's not necessarily for fat ppl. Just for people that want to sculpt. Like for a flatter tummy and definition after child birth and your bum, thighs etc.
I'm looking into it but after all my kids and definitely not in this country. It is done presently in VI.
That is if oga agrees. Which I doubt.
So lemme be doing my diet and excercise jeje. Anything surgery freaks me out considering I even know someone that died after gastric bypass surgery and Stella obasanjo.

  16. With all the billion in my account of I have, I don't have the guts to do this. I wanna age according to my age and body. I don't want any enhancements whatsoever except eating right and healthy. We can't deceive nature, old age does not have medicine. With all their botox, face lift et all Chris Jenner still looks 60 and wrinkled. Joan rivers (rip) was old and she couldn't take the old woman look away.

  19. I thought same on Dakota's post. Most women would opt for cosmetic surgery just that money no dey and fear of the unknown. I for one I am tired of having to watch what I eat and exercise every other day. If someone were to pay for me and guarantee my coming out of the theater alive, my tummy would be flatter than flat. Nothing annoys me more than seeing a little pouch after wearing a tight gown. 😒 I would continue my exercise after the surgery still. The benefits of exercises are just too numerous apart from weightloss.

    I have everything in moderation.

I hope they are also ready for the consequences because, nothing artificial lasts forever.

  25. If not for social media and body shaming, I dont think women need to plastic surgery to look younger and beautiful. Our great great grandmothers never needed surgery to make them have body confidence and look beautiful. And guess what? They still lived longer that the generations after. To me what I see in all this is lack of body confidence. Social media now made it worse by helping women who went under the knife to intimidate other women. To add salt to injury, our men now run after the plastics. Calling them sexy and willing to spend all their money tapping that big silicone booty. What i'm trying to say in a nutshell is; learn to love yourself. Whether you gain a few extra pounds after childbirth should not matter. Be confident in your body. Dress to suit your body type and shape and believe me, you will turn heads with the way you carry yourself.

    ReplyDelete
  26. She looks good. I ain't gonna lie and it's a proportionate result. If she didn't tell us that she had surgery, we would not have known. Better than some pple who have theirs looking very fake

  27. Pls apart from surgery how do I increase my butt, something else to add to the exercise for a quicker result

Weighted squats oh, not those warm up squats...

Squat with barbell, keep increasing weights every week till your booty grow and your overall strength increases. Your tummy will flatten out and you body will sharpen up amazingly
