  7. Sad, for someone's life to just cut short abruptly, leaving loved ones perplexed and confused..

Looking at the group photo, majority of them don't look physically somehow healthy. Those pot bellies (large abdominal girth) are signs of some health concerns brewing.

You are out of shape , you do not even exercise regularly, then you indulge in high energy sports like soccer which involves running is dangerous.

Start your regular exercise while young and continue as you go old as your body tolerates. But atleast live an active lifestyle. Don't start while you are 50 + on a high impact sports. It's going to be too much for the heart.

Also how many men/women ( those who can afford it go for routine health checks? I.e. yearly check ups, including blood work just to see how the body is depreciating with age? It's not just the doc looking at you with his eyes. A yearly blood work of blood chemistry, complete blood count, may iclude lipids ( indicator of cardiovacular/heart disease), liver function panel as indicated.

May African men receive sense, leaving behind the mentality of I'm strong.

    Extremely gutted right now.

This perfect gentleman and a gentleman in every sense of the word alongside his friend and namesake Deji Omotoyinbo,Bode Oguntuyi and their crew brought a new dimension into sports casting via 90 minutes on TV to Sports express on radio.

    Fare thee well Uncle Deji.
