    1. as in you just got it. if no body no point. i bought okrika when i was 10 i complained to my mum no more 'home clothes' so she sent her staff with me to the market to buy some. I was so happy when i got there as the clothes looked like England clothes with colours like pink and purple with butterflies etc. i picked loads. I never knew what okrika was till i entered boarding house hehe. But ive never gone back there. I guess if i studied in Nigeria I might have gone back. chai those days when university babes actually depended on pocket moeny from parents. the days before runs and iphone. the good days are long gone :(

ME I DEY BUY OK WELL WELL O.

So I was on my okk trip to buy shoes on a Monday and guess who I met at the female cloth section? I met that nurse!
She was seated and haggling the "heap" from the just emptied sac; you sabi say the thing dey land for Mondays.
I made sure I called her attention and greeted her very well. She looked like a cat that just licked lime!

    ReplyDelete
  33. Yes o! When I lived in Nigeria during my undergraduate days I got all my outfits from bosi corner but never under wear. Bras and pants were from Marks and Spencer (St Michaels) Because I was an ajebutter no one ever suspected. Even now, I still check out charity shops in very posh areas and get all my novels from them. Why waste money buying new novels you will only read once when you don't have to?
