Nollywood Actress Liz Anjorin has reacted to her colleague Ronke Oshodi Oke's advise to celebrities to stop showing off on social media.
Because a beggar and someone that flaunts are both foolish. In fact, someone that flaunts is even better because the person is just using it to thank God. You see, we should stop criticizing each other, because we all have our flaws.
If I post anything on social media, l'm not using it to oppress. We post because at times, you just look at where you're coming from and just decide to thank God. Someone flaunted a house and a car, where were you when l was homeless?
My mom was neglected because she had a female child and l was the only child. Where were you when l was sleeping in the rain. I remember when I used to eat meat just once in a year. Where were you then. Now you are complaining that I’m flaunting.
You can’t say I shouldn't berate her. Let’s all live a good life. This is pure hate. I don't care who she was referring to. My own is that I started the flaunting on the 18th and | paved way for others. I'm proud of it and I’m happy for the others.

They act like martyrs who would donate all their wealth to the poor, when in reality, they probably have never even visited an orphanage before. Why do we work so hard in life if we can't have fun without people maligning us? Let everyone do what suits them! If you're flamboyant and you like to show off the fruits of your labor, do so! If you're quiet and not really about that life, keep your life private. But we can't all be put in a box. One doesn't need to conform to living a "private" life just because society says it's right and vice versa.
Life is hard enough; we don't need anymore judgmental assholes than there already are.
As long as you work hard for your money, you are free to spend it and show off as you see fit.
