PEPPER THIEF HAS CONTACTED ME
Good day ,
I cover my eyes in shame as I admit that I am the pepper thief. I absolutely wished I didn't fall into this temptation. I do not have any excuse whatsoever for what I did therefore I won't try to justify myself. 
Life sucks over here but I still should have kept my integrity. My guilt increased when I read your comment and that of bv's, i didn't even know it was taboo to steal such item, i should have used my common sense though. I just hope I haven't called doom upon myself. 

 Someone mentioned that I have money to buy browsing data and no money to buy pepper, Ma in all sincerity I have been browsing for free on 'shared data' for over 3months now courtesy of a friend who added me to his data plan. 
I summoned courage to send this mail after reading your post on ihn, it isn't easy admitting to being a thief/criminal, and I'm a he and not a she.
I had already told myself that I WILL definitely look for a way to pay the woman because the guilt in my heart is far bigger than what I can ever bargain for. My life is full of plenty up and down but I'm sure God will make a way where there's none very soon.

Theres an ethical argument to this though, because Vuharia would have used this as an opportunity to clean up that mess, and pave the way for future Governments to take FULL responsibility for such. Maybe even put something down in the constitution and act like the 'man of the people' against 2019. *sigh*

      Anyhoo, do you eat the yolk? If yes STOP. Remove the yolk before frying, avoid it when the egg is boiled. Do you execercise for a healthy heart (cardio)? If no, START. The body is meant to move. Ultimately, speak to a dietician.

      I sha eat more than 3eggs in a week and my choloesterol level is very low sef. Diet varies, depending on your body type. Someone who has the tendency to gain weight, has high cholesterol, or is prone to hypertension may be adviced to avoid eggs completely. Dont get scared over what you read online, speak to a doctor and know what works for you. There are people whose only source of protein are milk and eggs so they are adviced to compulsorily take one a day. Find out what works for you and if eggs dont, cut it out completely.

      Yes....it’s working wonders I tell u...I had to stay of it for 2days cos I was sick...but am back tomorrow....it has helped me stay on my weight...have even lost with this sickness... and I still eat my carbohydrates very well no shaking.....mine is 12-8....16 hours off...I love it
