    1. Teejay forget, he is not going any mad kankan. Rochas is winning and that's the truth and you know it.
The only reason you guys don't like rochas is the alliance he formed with the north.
You people put too much emotions and sentiments into politics meanwhile politics is a game of interest and rochas is playing the game well.

    2. They hate the north but their second home is in the north. You are in another person's place eating from their table, yet insulting them.

    3. Sealord you are not an easterner so you can't say that. Just the same way you talked to me about Tinubu which I agreed with you. What alliance do you talk about? Do you know the atrocities this man you are defending has done? Please walk down to Imo State and ask questions. I would have mention them to you but I know you won't accept it because it's from me. Let the imolites here answer you on that.

    4. 09:37 if I hate the north why then am I routing for Atiku? Oh sorry I forgot, Atiku is from Enugu state. You just sound incoherently in your comment above. I hate the actions of majority of the northern politicians just as I do to the eastern politicians who haven't done well.

    5. 09:37 let me correct your falsehood again. We are not eating on the northerners table, rather we worked for it. We bought lands there, build houses and business empires including schools thereby improving their economy yet they aren't grateful for that. What stop them from doing the same in our own region? Yet they claim one Nigeria. One Nigeria my foot. If there are people that have demonstrated the spirit of one Nigeria, I think it is the Igbos. They are virtually at every nook and crannies of the country hustling. So get your fact right. Aside the mat and kettle the northerners came with in our region, do they build houses here? What of business or schools? Rather they will chose to sleep inside the mosque or wooden batcher constructed.

    6. Maybe the Igbos should be more accommodating by giving other non Igbos the opportunity of being able to establish in their states the same way other they are able to establish in other states. How come it is only the northerners you are talking about? Sleeping in their mosque and wooden batcher. Even the south southerners are not established in the Eastern states? Why? Because you guys don’t give people the chance to do that. The only time Rochas opened up for Hausas to establish themselves, you all barked. You and I know that even Enugu people can hardly make claim to Abia or Anambra State. Don’t forget Bianca Ojukwu’s saga or other cases of Igbo judges who were not allowed to be given high judicial positions just because they are not from the states of their husbands. Know this, it is Igbos that are not interested in one Nigeria, not the other way round. Even Igbos are scared of establishing in their own states because they are not safe to do so. Even you, you prefer Rivers state to Enugu. Deny it. By the time Igbos start becoming accommodating, other ethnic groups will start establishing in the East. But for now, all they do is call other people Ewu, okoro awusa, betrayers, etc. Igbos should be the grateful ones not the northerners. Because the Igbos have been given opportunities to establish outside their lands.

    7. @Sealord, you are very correct. If IMO people hated Rochas, he wouldn’t have won his second term. Something that was difficult for Udenwa and Ohakim. It was during his second term and romance with the APC that the hatred started. That is why they started calling him Okoro Awusa. They didn’t call him that during his first term. It is the same Hausa land that Rochas made his millions and he is grateful for the opportunity given to him in the North.
Rochas is not any different from all the incompetent Igbo leaders and other criminal Nigerian politician. But in this case, he is made the scapegoat because of his association with APC and northerners. If they have anything to say about Rochas, they should say it here instead of speculate. Is Rochas’ crime different from the incompetence of Umahi, Theodore Orji, Ohakim, Mbadinuju, Nnamani, etc?

    8. Teejay I may disagree with your point but, note that I always respect your options. I have being following rochas struggles for some years now and I actually fell in love with him based on the report I got from my igbo pals. He won his first election in imo on the back of his philanthropic nature which includes scholarships given to students in the east and accross Nigeria and his work as a governor earned him the 2nd term. I was made to understand that his problems started when he aligned himself with the Buhari's and the APC which earned him the name 'ewu awusa' some call him 'igbo bastard'. Remember this is similar to the plight of Ameachi.
Pls correct me where I am wrong. Thanks

    10. Good! I love your lines of argument but let me also say again, if the Igbos aren't accommodating as you said above then why aren't the northerners establishing in the south south or south west? Or are those people not accomadating as well? Point out to me great businesses own by the northerners in Yoruba land or Niger Delta. I have seen a Yoruba man that built houses in Enugu state and currently living with his family. Also another yoruba
man has a school too. What about the Benue man I know too. Truth is that the northerners have an orientation that put them to believe that they can't develop your place for you. The ones we accommodate with our arms spread apart, what did we get from them? Death, rape, stealing, kidnapping and so on. So with all these threats to life, you still talked about accommodating.

Yes I know we have bad igbos just like we have in other tribes but truly the goods ones have shown their spirit of a committed Nigeria.

    11. Sealord at your questions I would have type an answer to list the sins of Rochas but Stella won't enable it. It may be misconstrued to be character assassination but understand this one thing, when 95% of those you are governing turn their backs towards you then there is problem. Do you know how many pensioners died as a result of Rochas atrocities? Do you know the elders invoke a curse on him pouring libation when he desecrated the Eke uku market I don't know if I get that spelling correct in which an eleven years boy was killed. Do you know why Alhaji Gulak absconded from imo state in the middle of the night and went on to announced the result at Abuja. Go and see the death trap road Rochas allies constructed in Imo or is it the collapse flyover he build? Person like Jacob Zuma, does he deserve a monument in Nigeria? Let alone Imo state. Do you know how many persons that were forcefully retired and sacked by him. Sealord, this are just the periphery, If you hear other clandestine things this man did, you will spit on him. I wish I can share them here.
