    1. As true as it is not really the best way. Exercise has so many benefits.. Reshaping your body, increasing muscle mass increasing metabolic rate in the long run.. Releasing endorphins and improving overall health

    When I eat less carbs, no sugar and dinner before 8pm, I lose weight.

  6. F1, it's definitely true,the best way to lose weight is to watch what you eat. No carbohydrates and sugar.

  8. I concur with fact 1. I'm witnessing it now. Before, I exercise and eat what people will tag 'normal'but didn't lose much weight. But now I eat half of what I used to and eliminated exercise cos I don't have time and I'm shedding weight fast.
