    1. Good morning bvs and all d mums in d house. Pls am d lady who was trying to stop breastfeeding. So all is well now , lumps gone and all. Thank u so much, my baby cries a lot now,am wondering if I allow her suck d breast, will it start reproducing again ? I just feel pity especially wen she is struggling to get d breast out.

    2. Anon 08;15, once you stop breastfeeding , dont ever turn back bcs you will start afresh again for the weaning process.
Dont worry bout the cry, its for a while she wadjust and get used to no sucking, try to feed her well with food and not jumks or tea , once shes well fed, she will not disturb you that much or cry much, then go out more and dont stay indoor too much as this enhances her seeing you idle and might want to come closer.

keep doing the cabbage therapy, cold one will ease the breast quickly to normal state.

  15. Pls someone should help with advice. My Facebook account was hacked, the person changed both my Facebook password and email password plus my phone number. I tried to reset the password but can't access the email to get the code since the hacker changed the password. The verification code keeps going to the new line he changed mine with. Bad enough the person is still using my account with my photos still there. I checked through a friend account and saw that he was online few hours ago. I reported this to Facebook using my friend phone three days ago through the option of report a problem for the account to be brought down if I can't get back to it. Up to this point nothing have been done since three days now. Who has been in this before and how was it sorted out? I don't want this person to commit fraud using my identity. Can it be reported to the police and EFCC? What is the best thing to do at this point?

    1. You cannot fight this battle alone. There's something in your foundation that is giving you away. You have to commit and totally surrender all to God.
Also, there's no Power that cannot bow at the Word of God. Take your Bible and search out for yourself the word of God that will counter your challenge.
Try and buy this book You and your Foundation by Dr. Olukoya. Your foundation is faulty. Deal with this issue fast. Don't relent. Do not be afraid. God will see you through.

    1. Hello @Cynthia,kindly free some space in your internal memory by deleting some apps which arent in use;or you move the already installed ones to your memory card by going to "Settings" then locate "Apps" and click on a particular app;you would then click on "Move to SD card" from the various options..

If your device doesnt support the "Move the SD card option" then you have to stick to deleting some already existing apps..

If the issue still continues, then you have to give it the last option medicine which is restoring your phone back to default settings(this would erase all apps on the phone and it would be just the way you bought it)..

      Hope this helps..

  37. Lol,the comments on speaking in tongues post were really hilarious,I had a good laugh, especially @ this comment; "Thank you! You totally nailed it. What is "urhobo see urhobo call urhobo nack urhobo thank urhobo sack urhobo"? Or "baba raca racarishika ra karaca"? Puh-lease!! Can't you speak French, Chinese, Spanish or Aramaic abi wetin for a change? Every time, same tongue, same rhyme, same sequence as if The Holy Spirit gives the same message year in year out. Speaking in tongues in Nigeria be like e get pattern wey different from dem apostles era. The thing tire person."

Its really sad but speaking in tongues has been bastardized, it's no longer a matter of the Holy spirit or not,its more of a show- thing.
The most irritating are the youth of all these cosmetic churches,
service have not even started and they're already shouting rabaraba ribariba. To lead worship, they will turn it into something else.
Some pastors will just mount the pulpit and say 'begin to speak in tongue for the next 10mins'. That's how one pastor told his members that if you have been in his church for close to 5 years & can't speak in tongue, that you should check yourself if truly you're born again, because of that comment those who didn't speak in tongue became pressure and began to speak in imaginary tongues, even the teenagers began to see imaginary visions lol. But these men of God forget that "it is not those who say Lord Lord but they that do the will of my Father" that counts, they also forget that Jesus said on that day many will say
did we not do this and that in your name and He will say 'I know you not'.
The primary purpose of speaking in tongue back then was the sole purpose of converting sinners any other thing short of that, you're on your own.when the people heard the disciples speak in their language, they were amazed at the power of God and became converted.
Paul said something very important that he had rather speak 5 words with His understanding, so that people may hear and be edify rather than thousands of words in an unknown tongue which He does not even understand. Yet He spoke in tongue more than all of them but it was mainly done in His privacy, which is what I personally feel should be done, its high time churches restrict speaking in tongue only in private and should be spoken in public only when there is a need for it.After all it is not speaking in tongue that makes one a Christian.
Speaking in tongue is good but let it be done with the right intention.

Secondly, concerning the issue of laying hands,I believe a pastor who knows His onions should be able to say the word and it will come to pass rather than pushing people all in the name of anointing, some even get injured.
Abeg our God is not an author of confusion.

    3. The first time I went to Christ embassy (my friend invited me), I was so shocked when their pastor told them to speak in tongues for some minutes and everybody started shouting (I won't call that speaking in tongue biko). The one that baffled me most was that my friend whom I know very well was speaking in tongue too πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚. Abeg, I couldn't hold my self; laugh wanted to tear my belle that day o. After service, infact, we didn't even stay till the end because I was so pissed with the preaching, the extortion, etc. I told my friend oya make we dey waka.
When we were outside, I had to ask him what he was doing back then cause I know him very well; and that he was not lead by the spirit... He looked embarrassed and tried to tell me what the "paasiiitor" said... Hia!!! we laughed it off though. Till today, I still tease him with that. Imagine that!!
One thing I know is that speaking in tongue is a gift from the holy spirit and not every person had/has that gift. There are other gift from the holy spirit too.

  38. I read yesterday's IHN this morning and the speaking in tongues post caught my attention. I don't understand what these new generation churches speak in the name of speaking in tongues. Some even force their members to do so. I remember hearing a 'mummy' urging her members to speak in tongues in my hostel back in the day. She kept telling them to force it, force it, force it! They obeyed her and incantations followed. They foolishly chanted away...

You see God is no author of confusion. The Bible stated that 'they were filled with the Holy Ghost and they spoke in other tongues, the LANGUAGE OF MAN'. Which meant that they spoke real languages which were not theirs and not some thought-out rubbish.

My grandmothers, parents and sister received the power of the Holy Ghost and it was glorious.

In 1979, my two grandmums revived theirs at a revival in the village. My paternal grandmother spoke French while my maternal grandmother spoke fluent British English. My uncle who was there with other relatives were stunned. These women were stark illiterates who don't speak English or any other languages apart from my native dialect and had never left the south east. That was the power of the Holy Spirit.

My father spoke Efik, my mom Yoruba and my sister Spanish. You see God does it in such a way that someone around must understand you. Because after the experience, the people who spoke the language and heard their utterances would come and tell them and maybe continue the conversation. But you won't remember a word of it. Lol.
In my mum's case, the woman who observed her came to greet her in Yoruba but my mum told her she doesn't understand a word in Yoruba. Same with my dad and Sis. That was the power of God.

    Good morning everyone.

    2. Hmmmmmm very interesting. Yours must be an unusual family. Since I've been born it is only riba robo robo riba I've been hearing o. From all the big churches to the small akpu and amala ones sprouting everywhere like lice.
      Even house fellowship same format.
So that 'riba robo rica' they are always mumbling and sweating is what exactly?
Please those of you that speak in foreign languages, Urdu, Tagalog, Arabic when you are speaking in tounges, please come. Let us discuss.
I'm not referring to the riba robo roko ones, foreign languages please.
      This is interesting.

    3. I grew up in a Catholic family then became a member of RCCG by marriage. The gift of speaking-in-tongues was something i've never looked forward too, probably because i never liked the sound of the strange tongues i heard whilst growing up. But as i got older & built my relationship with God, i started getting fascinated about the mystery called 'The Holy Spirit' & longed to KNOW him better. The journey is on-going: it's not been easy though but i know i will get there.
And when i do receive the gift of tongues, i wanna speak fluent Mandarin!#smiles

    4. Dear anon, you could receive this divine power even in your room. After that day of Pentecost revival with Peter and the disciples, there was a latter day Pentecost at Azusa street, Los Angeles in 1906 headed by William Seymour...

    5. I have no issues with receiving define power. My relationship with God is sacrosanct.
My relationship with church is non existant.

So inside your village in 1979 how were they able to identify the language of French etc etc?
Your sister who spoke Spanish in 1979, who had never spoken Spanish before, who inside that village was able to identify it was Spanish she was speaking?
Inside Igbo village in 1979, who were the international people they were speaking to? Anyway I'm still waiting for the 'robo raba ribu' people to speak up.
      Una dey shame?
      Nothing to say?
What contrived drivel do you actually spout when you are shaking up and down and who interprets it for you?
      Religion of many confusionists.

    7. Anon stop displaying ignorance. My grandmothers spoke in tongues in 1979 and not my sister. Maybe in your village in the caves of wherever, nobody can speak English but in mine we had graduates and professionals. My uncle was a graduate by then and so were the others. The missionaries who evangelized at the revival were not even from Nigeria.
My sister got hers in early 2000s.
Now I know it's pointless continuing with my former comment.

Amebonawork my madam, I'm very fine. Thank you.

    8. 'Maybe in your village in the caves of wherever, nobody can speak English'

El O El, you need to calm down aunty, not every time body bristling and revealing nasty facets of your character when people question you, please don't tear your panties on my behalf.
So are we talking English now? I thought it was foreign languages???? Sorry my own village is a cave as you have rightly pointed out, no body speaks English there, infact we use grunts and sign language to communicate. How I wish there were soooo many profs and graduates there in 1979 even though I was born long after then, perhaps it would be better.

I assume you consider yourself filled brimful with the holy ghost then? O yes it shows in every thing you say.
Please, kindly continue for those interested in your stories.

    9. Apart from the obvious disdain in his comment, I side with a Anon 09:58 - based on scripture. Paul clearly states in Corinthians that if you are about to speak in an unknown tongues, and there was no interpreter that you should not (interpretation of tongues was also a gift of the Spirit). Also, if Christian has resorted to speaking all at once and Paul, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, told them god is not a God of confusion and they were to speak one after the other. If another person had started talking, the other was to wait. This shows that this was not an uncontrollable rambling.
Above all, the purpose was for edification. I o build up. And was needed because the gospel needed to spread and God used people who had no knowledge of these languages to spread Hos word in those conditions. It wasn’t a show off or a heavenly language or an earthy language used to show the presence of the Holy Spirit in a Christian ‘s life. None of that!!!

God is not a God of confusion. The Complete is Here -the Word.

      Battery is low.

Mum came home with a new missionary
boy yesterday, the boy was given to her by a mission house from the north, the boy can't speak nor hear English or Yoruba And the only person that can help communicate with him is out of town, everyone in the house has turn to something else just to communicate with him πŸ€£πŸ˜‚. I know he will enjoy his stay here, mum told us how he cried his eyes out when the man brought him, everyone at my mum's shop pet him, mum said she was forced to call the man to come and take him away but the man said he will stop crying later. Thank God he has stopped crying and smiling this morning.

People are saying it's because the guy was frustrated because his own family were depending on him too much and the financial strain was too much for him. But I don't know why I can't believe that's the reason.
I was so scared that night. I couldn't sleep. May his soul rest in peace.
