  3. Honestly, I'm one of the people who took this whole election thing too far. Deep down, I don't really give a rat's ass who wins or loses, doesn't in any way affect my life and business. I'm just not happy with the total disregard for people's lives and the intense hunger in the land.
I've had a few arguments with friends and disliked some for supporting this government. Stella, I went to braid my hair and the lady said she supports APC. I stood up quietly and told her I wasn't feeling fine and that was how I went elsewhere to make my hair.
It's ridiculous really. And I've had a rethink.

    3. You have NOT done anything wrong !!!!! Look at it from the positive angle. 3 months down the the line and Fulani herdsmen stop killing people after Atiku has been sworn in, you would have contributed to saving lives . so pls stay positive GOD continue to bless you Windsor

  6. She said d truth though. It's really really sad. These political actors don't know any if us. I wonder why one can't make a choice without some1 taking it personal and messing up friendship of many years. Tbh our pastors are to blame for some of this.

  10. It goes beyond that. When you endorse certain things or people, it shows your mindset and values. It shows what you really are inside. Not too long ago, I had to let someone I trusted, go. Why? I found out who her "spiritual father" is, and it turned my stomach. The man is a convicted paedophile; as in, has actually been to prison for it, abroad. And it was public, so she knows. He wasn't set up, he actually did it - I know this cos I happened to have inside info. He never even apologised, and he tried to bully the victim. Everybody misses the mark, but paedophilia? This wasn't a parking ticket, or even an immigration situation that escalated. This wasn't an accident. Then, this inability to be and say sorry is a very serious problem. So, anybody who can knowingly defend an unremorseful paedophile, I can't cos I'm not sure where/what your boundaries are. It tells me something is wrong with the way you reason. And if he's your "spiritual father" (whatever that means), I am very worried about what anointing is really moving you - so no matter how talented you are, you can't work for me or be my friend.

In the same way, some political and religious differences aren't about "we can all be friends, just be a nice person". Being a nice person isn't enough cos what does nice even mean? Inasmuch as we are to as far as is possible follow peace with all men, I'm sorry but there are people you just can't be close with. I've blocked some people on social media and IRL over their political views (even the ones they displayed online) cos I find them inexcusable. When the Bible says not to be unequally yoked, it's not only about marriage.

I know a lot of people say "don't judge" but you're deceiving yourself if you think certain things don't matter. 9 times out of 10, you drop your standards. The teetotaler who's close friends with an alcoholic, will start drinking. The girl who vowed to keep herself till marriage, yet is best friends with the one who's a side chic to three married men, will end up breaking her vows. The good boy who has three buddies who are Yahoo boys, will end up like them, if not worse. It's rarely the other way round. A married man or woman whose best friends have no problem with infidelity, won't stay faithful to their own spouse for long. There's a reason - you're not Jesus, so the one with lower standards will always drag you down to their level, not rise up to yours.

    1. God Bless You and your generations, it is what I always tell people about virginity till marriage , it shows discipline, obedience,Self control and Caution, if you do business with such people you would most likely not be dissapointed, try to do anything with women that sleep around and you would definitely cry because their is a defect in their brains.

  11. It’s just human nature. Some people are very passionate about who they believe in or support. I know several people at work who unfriended each other over trump.
