The craving for going abroad is so intense that sometime I wonder if Nigerians are cursed.

    1. That’s Not true Ola yemi ,
I live and work in dubai . My basic salary is 22,800 Aed, And I get incentive+housing allowance+car allowance and mobile allowance) I did not pay a dime to earn the job neither did I Sell sex to make money . According to my contract, my six months probation ends this month that means I’m entitled to salary increment .
There are a lot of Nigerians living and earning very good salaries With solid growth in their career path .
Please get your facts right .
I’m Female by the way ...

    3. Could you tell others how you got the legit job so they can apply too instead of falling prey to dubious people like that lady? I don't know why black people are so stingy with information that would help others. If oyibo kept all their inventions to themselves, we won't even have phones let love internet among others.

      I didn’t do anything magical
Other than to read about the country, I made a comparative market reports for the countries That pays expat well and I realise UAE is pretty much ok for me .
You can apply for jobs on indeed.com,careerjet ,LinkedIn,register your details with recruiters(it’s free)
      Good luck .

  6. Na so..
Just the other week I went to visit an old friend like that who happen to be involved in politics waka I went to check if money go somehow go round reach me too you know how it is this election period. Only for this man to say hey "Called my name and continued with don't you want to travel abroad this year. There's this my friend that is sending people to Canada you work there and pay her after sometime if you are smart and lucky you can even marry there and settle. They will give you house and something to do you don't need certification. Guy talked seriously trying to convince me. I kept quiet and listened to all he had to say. When he finished I said Ahhh you too so you are into this selling of people. He defended it and said this is legit, it's not the Libya type, their own is sponsored by a foreign body and you will travel by air and not road how they just want to help Nigerians.
He went on to say I won't pay her anything she will do the processing for me and I travel. lol. When he saw that I was not in anyway excited about it he dropped it. And focused on why I came to see him.

The Curious me wanted to tell him to show me the woman let me see her. I wanted to see what she looks like and hear her own narrative. Set her up sef anonymously but I just allowed them to carry their wahala and go. I just pity the gullible young girls who are not informed they will use and send away after deceiving them. It is well.

  8. Imagine this rubbish. You are now calling your benefactor out. Did she tell you she was taking you for bank job in Dubai? Why pretending you did not know you were going for prostitution?

Why the call out now? What were you expecting, fool. See all of them disgracing Nigera. Italy today, Dubai tomorrow.
Can't you lot look for something more decent to do? If no education, do hair for people, sell foodstuff or anything saleable, do nail, learn fashion. Just do something and the door will open. Why degrade your bodies? Tufiakwa!!!!
And you are not ashamed to show your face calling out.

APC fool. Go and tell your Mumu Presido to give you fake trade money or create employment.

  14. This almost became the story of my life but mercy said no!

A friend of mine that knows someone that owns a boutique in lagos but is based in dubai got me connected to the lady cos I said I wanted to travel out for greener pastures. So I got chatting with Favour and she said she rents bedspaces to fellow Nigerian girls when they arrive dubai pending when they are comfortable enough to get their own stay.
She offered to do my visa and pay for my flight that I will repay her when I start working , I declined and told her not to worry that I can afford to pay my expenses and do all the processing myself and I only need a place to stay when I arrive.

Little did I know that it was actually a way to trap me if I had accepted her offer. She asked me to go to her mum's to bring some foodstuffs for her, I was very ignorant then to check the items, God also saved me that there was nothing incriminating in it.

When I arrived dubai she was she gave me an outrageous amount to pay for her bed space which was like 100k for 1 month and I haven't even dropped my luggage when she said I must give her the money immediately. She thought I won't be able to afford it, I paid as well.

That's when she became furious and the nightmare began. To be continued. ... Am tired typing now
