  9. I would easily say no

But that situation Stella pointed out can't be overlooked at all.

I think the best thing is not to put urself in such situation that would warrant u falling for ur friend's ex

    1. I married my friend's ex sha.. They had broken up and we went visiting him together when they were just friends. He saw me, liked me, asked my friend if it OK he asked me our. She agreed. Told me to go ahead if I liked him and we started dating.

I guess she didn't see a future for us cos I was a player then. Lol. Unfortunately or fortunately, we fell really in love. When we started talking about getting married, she started acting up.. We eventually drifted apart.

We've been married 10yrs and no regrets..

      Anonymous ti take over. 😁

    2. Anon 22:57, You're not a good person and your friend realized it very late and that explains why she started acting up. How can you even be comfortable dating a man who has been with your friend? Is he the only man on earth? Don't you have a conscience? 10 years and no regrets my foot! It doesn't change the fact that you're a terrible person.

  11. Stella that's because you love drama.but for me,to avoid any form of digging deep in the future I don't think I can marry a friend's ex

  15. I am on this table. I dated the guy for 3 months then we broke up. I kept contact with his friend tho. We talk and gist but we found ourselves talking more often. There is nothing for now, but he is visiting my town very soon and i am kinda excited and him too. We are both divorced and he was the one that was encouraging his friend to date me if not marry me as i was a rare germ. I broke up with him, at 40 he is still childish too many loopholes and i don't want to entangle myself in something that will give me headache. I don't know what to do, i really like his friend and he likes me very much, he told me in the presence of my ex once. He is everything my ex is not and he is very much single...Tough stuff

  16. I can o. Is he not a human being? Because he is somebody’s ex make person no marry again especially if we are compatible abi? When the friend must have moved on with husband and kids. What else is she looking for. Abeg make she park well and face her life. Why is she worried about who her ex is with and who he is marrying. If she’s a good friend she should even be hooking you up.

    1. If you are a good friend, you should not be dating your friend's ex to begin with.

  17. If I know for sure they are not together anymore and depending on the circumstances surrounding how they broke up, I might consider. It’s kind of tough though. I have an ex I would have been very happy if he had married any of my friends because the guy is just so nice but I just somehow didn’t want together forever with him.

  21. I married my friend's ex. I was my husband friend's ex.. Like we both married our friend's ex.. Complicated somchin.

  22. I wouldn't mind a friend dating my ex. That's why you should harbor no ill feelings towards any ex-- especially if you guys were NEVER married. He was not my husband, so yes he is free to date/marry whoever. However, if I still feel some type of way about him or them, I may keep my distance (ie not be close to my friend anymore) but still wish them all the best.
On the contrary, I would be careful about dating a friend's ex..as in they really dated. I won't mind if it was an ex chyker or ex fling, but a real ex-boyfriend? Hmm girls can start acting up anytime. Have had my friend's ex chyker chyking me, and I like the guy. But if we start dating now, she might start seeing him in a different light and start desiring him. Especially if he turns out to be great, and also if she is not in a relationship. The it-could-have-been-me feeling. So it may all be messed up in the end.

  23. Currently dating my friend's ex,it's been a though ride,it's long distance,i even met him through her but i am not just comfortable.Last time i was going tbrough my friends phone,he order with which he sends me pictures he sends to her too.I recently found out she was his sisters chief bridesmaid at her wedding. He is still swearing they are just cordial only for my friend to suddenly start posting pictures of her with him when he was in Nigeria. And he won't be able to cut of all connections suddenly so she won't be terribly hurt.Well well,i am beginning to give him space,he should go and sort out properly because i am tired!
