    1. Good morning here.

Anon, you can use stove/gas with pot.

Put either sand or place that round thing that's on the stove top inside the pot, heat it till it gets hot, grease your baking pan with butter/margarine, place the meat pie inside and put in the pot.

      Bake on low heat.

Same goes with cake without oven.

  10. The way I enjoy CHOPPED on Food Network ehh, the rush to make beautiful meals in such a short time, the creativity, the impartiality of the judges, the crestfallen look on the faces of those chopped and finally the look of surprise and immeasurable happiness on the face of the winner. It's a good show.

  13. I get tired of eating the same food everyday too and Nigeria don't seem to have varieties of food. Everyday rice, yam, beans, bread. It's so tiring.

Na pepper soup get me this morning. Momma has made a spicy one. I love it! I'll have spicy noodles and eggs mixed together. I love spicy food.

    1. It is when you leave Nigeria, you will know that Nigeria has a variety of food. If you feel that what you cook on a day to day is the same, try buying something different already cooked outside

A lot of Nigerian women are doing keto wrong, eating lots of almond bread ( which is too high in omega 6 fatty acids and will cause an imbalance cos we need more of omega 3’s), eating lots of mayonnaise made from soy oil ( which again could have estrogenic effects, affect thyroid function and negatively affect female fertility and reproductive development).
Also eating too much fatty dairy such as (cream) cheese and heavy whipping cream which are mucus producing and could be inflammatory if not from grass fed cows. Also whipping cream does contain small amount of carbs which will add up quickyly when taken in moderate quantities.

Another problem is eating round the clock and snacking at every turn.
The keto diet functions best with intermittent fasting but people’s mouths are moving 24/7.

I have more info but I tire to type for phone abeg. Maybe I should do a write up and send to Stella 🤔
