  3. I don't understand. Lowest cost of living as in how? Is it on foodstuffs or house rentage and buying of landed properties. Someone please explain.

    1. What does it cost you to stay alive except breathing, Teejay? To live you need to purchase food, pay to keep a roof over your head, pay for utilities(water, electricity, telephone, cooking gas, cable, Internet) buy clothes, pay for transportation to get around, pay for Healthcare. These are the things that are often included in a basic cost of living index.

    2. Anonymous thanks for your response but Lagos has one of the highest cost of rentage in housing, even more than Port Harcourt. So I wonder why the report is stating otherwise.

  5. That picture of UI is a virtual image. Usually for planning or Architecture. it's not real. Does not in any way have the semblance of a photograph
