Speaking further he said to convince himself that he is rich he withdrew $10 million from a bank just to look at it.
He said “After a year or so, I realised that I had much more, and I said OK, fine, all these numbers are just written numbers.
“One day I went to a bank, and at that time, there were no restrictions, and I wrote a cheque and cashed $10m from the bank and put it in the boot of my vehicle, and I went home and I opened it and I looked at $10m and I said ‘now I believe I have Money’.”
He also said that Nigeria will be the largest exporter of cement in Africa by the end of this year and that the Dangote refinery at the end of the day will give 650 barrel of crude and 32 million tonnes of products.
Dangote also said that he does not have a house in London but he knows those who work for him that have houses in London.
From vanguard
*He does not have a house in London because he does not want to..Looks like he likes to make money but does not like to spend it!

Amen Ola, we are both in this race of wealthπ
DeleteHe spends his money on more important things. He has a foundation so having a house in London isn't one of his problems. Dangote is a brilliant Nigerian.
ReplyDeleteMoney speaking
ReplyDeleteHe looks like a stingy person.

He not stingy , but he doesn't give black people money ohh, I'm a flight attendant and when he flies he never gives black crew money but the white crew he will dash them money like crazy , they would ask us why he didn't give us money , never knew why.
DeleteI agree.
DeleteAccount balance is life unto them.
Yes, like me π. We’re all different and that’s how I like it. Fat account balance is bae.
DeleteHe scared of juju lol
DeleteIf this man likes to see his account balance ‘fat’ like you put it. You think he will ever take these risks?
DeleteTaking business risks is not for the faint hearted and absoulutely not for people that just want to have all their money where they can see it all year round.
Anon 11:24 give you money that what happened? Is he your employer? Its his money and can do whatever he likes with it, if he likes he can give it to the goats and not people like you that's his business cause its his money. Your entitlement mentality can be seen from miles away

ReplyDeleteDangote the Money Man..
ReplyDeleteIt's good to be humble but you don't have to lie. He has houses in London. His daughter was living in one when she was in school.
ReplyDeleteSo because the daughter lived in one it automatically means its his? What if she bought the house herself from the money she gets
DeleteNigerian will not farm but they will want to be like Dangote. All want to work in offices in Shell and Chevron and earn dollars.

ReplyDeleteHe is not talking about literal meaning
DeleteYour comments ALWAYS show you failed English comprehension.
DeleteYeah! sure, there've been divergent claims about how he made his money.. I've heard a lot of them, and thats the problem
Deletemy point was solely focused on his direct and indirect impact on the economy..

ReplyDeleteI had a heart felt laughter when I saw the video yesterday.
ReplyDeleteHe comes off as very easy going and laid back to me. I have a feeling even his meals are simple when he is at home.
ReplyDeleteNo!!! His meals are not simply ooo I'm his chef he chews gold for breakfast , diamonds for lunch and silver for dinner.
Deletethe best Nigerian to work for, he treats his staffs well, he pays well and there's always salary increment, tuale baba
ReplyDeleteHmmm, since when? Maybe you work at the corporate office. I was at his sugar factory at Apapa few years ago as we did a job for the factory and what I saw and heard, made me less impressed about his numerous public donations. The manager's were mostly Lebanese and Indians and the workers were treated as slaves. Pay was very poor and workers too intimidated and afraid to use initiative.
DeleteYes so my mentor, humble billionaire there. See humility written all over this man. Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteHe is easy going indeed and likes to party especially when around Uncle FO.frm his appearance he is ignorable, nothing striking,he doesn't look Rich and is shy around people. I don't know if he is generous though
