  3. One thing I love about Nigeria is that it create the mentality in you to survive any where you find yourself in the world. The long suffering is enough to build an enduring spirit for anyone to survive the most horrible situation in life.

    3. Both of you make points. While Nigeria encourages you to push boundaries to survive, when you live it also makes you have low expectations of life. You always feel at least it’s better than nija which is very very sad.

  19. I love the fact that the homosexual community are greatly restrained in Nigeria and unlike what they do abroad blatantly, kissing, groping each other and all that bullshit, openly, they can only do behind closed doors here. The demons worrying them cannot operate freely here like they do abroad. Nobody should come and talk rubbish under my comment. Say your own and keep it moving. By and large we are spared this horrendous sight in Nigeria and I am happy to raise my children here. It’s bad enough seeing it when you travel.

    2. Thanks @castle, Nigerians don’t appreciate what they have, you don’t have 7year old children telling their parents they are transgender, people saying they are neither male nor female, it’s an epidemic abroad and it’s going to blow up in their faces. Such a shame. How can such advanced and beautiful countries be plagued by such ‘madness’

It’s a pipe dream! The structure on which Nigeria stands does not allow for good governance. Change the structure and everything else would change. But we’re too docile to do that.

  20. I love Nigerian delicacies. I can't trade it for anything in this world. When it comes to preparing the best food,Naija carry first. Niajia food like Amala, gbegiri, ewedu and ogufe,Abacha,Okpa, hot fufu and oha or bitterleaf soup, masa and groundnut soup, ikokore ijebu, should all make it to Guinness book of record.

  25. I love the healthcare plans for seniors and infants, the state of the heart healthcare facilities and how people with terminal diseases, pay zero to nothing for their treatment.
And l love how they make citizens pay close to nothing for petroleum products, that are readily available, as per the world 6th oil producing nation.
Oh ! and our world class surface and underground train transit, plus the way we don't build walls like that of Jericho around our houses and how we don't have burglar proofs on our windows, roofs, doors etc.
I love the parks for every community, with their distinctive area signatures, beautiful at nights to hangout.
    I love my big Nigeria.

  33. I love how the system works in the US. I love how being timely is instilled very early in here. Kids from kindergarten are given notes for being tardy. (Being late )
That’s why they are always punctual. Naija and African time. My sister eyes shine when she first got here. She didn’t understand why l was always early to get her kids. Once they got their car, they were always late. The school now wrote her a lengthy letter stressing the inportance of time.
I also love Nigerian food. There’s nothing like Nigerian food. It’s the tastiest food in the world. Other dishes smell good but lack taste.
I love the variety of Nigerian attires. When you have kudi, you can wear different attires.
