In one of the video recordings of the breakfast show, OAP Benny Ark was filmed on camera uttering the words: ‘’Cause we heard she was sleeping around, going all around like."
In reaction, the singer’s legal representative, Ayo Shonaiya said,
“This is just a notice to the station and the OAP to retract his comments and apologize to Chidinma because those statements are false and defamatory. It is their next move or how they respond that will decide our next move.”
Chidinma and Kizz Daniel have been rumoured to be lovers, although they both didn’t admit or debunk the news, fans believe they have something going on low key.
