Lady Wakes Up From Coma After 27 Years!!

Sounds Unbelievable that someone will be sleeping for 27 years right?Well it happened....

I just watched on TV Now and the reports states that In Cologne a woman woke up from coma after 27 years and the first word she said was her sons name She called Out the name ''Oma'' and the son who sits by her side every day was too shocked for words when he hear his name from his mum cos he had given up hope....

The woman whose face was partially covered had altered greatly over the years and the report did not say why she had fallen in coma....

What happens in Nigeria when people fall into Coma?

    1. Not true.....my father was in coma for months and he came round and still alive today after more than 20 years. Being in coma doesn't mean you are on life support. But 27 years is a long time....wow

  4. For starters this cant even happen in Nigeria, Drs would have removed the life support machine tey tey,you ll hear stuff like other patients are already waiting to take the bed space self. I'm sure some people in coma would have been buried thinking they are dead.

  6. Ordinarily in Nigeria, the relatives would have asked to take him or her out of the hospital and only God knows what would become of them at home.

  10. never lose hope.

in naija you can't fall inside coma, you can only faint.. where is the electricity that will power the supportive machines except you'll buy gen and keep fueling, and maintenance cash to power the whole hospital for the period of the said coma. only then can one fall into....

  12. This is quite tricky even in most European countries , the life support machine could be taken off, it is very expensive.

    1. God bless you for this. Nigerians always finding one excuse to bash Nigeria but are ready to excuse Europeans and others for the same kind of things they insult Nigeria. Even Stella asking about how it is done in Nigeria should know about the controversy in life support machine in Germany for people in coma. This is one rare case so stop this Nigeria side bashing. Mtcheeeew!

    3. Finance play a major part in this... My sister's colleague, after months on life support her family gave up. It's painful but they have no choice,i am sure they will have spent so much money.
