  4. Yes Stella. My mom said they used to announce it on the radio days or weeks before. And someone is telling me we're still in the same country. I strongly believe the real Nigeria was exchanged or sold before 1990.

    1. Our light has been bad for like 5 days, Phcn sent an email two days ago to hubby apologizing for the break in power supply, they promised to restore it as soon as they are through with the maintenance that was being carried out. Yesterday night, they restored the light. Hnmnn seems they are adjusting.

They also send emails whenever they bring their wicked estimated bills. Hnmmm.

The country is an irony and hasn’t evolved like any sane nation should. Vanity has held us down in the last 50 years! The spirit of federal character is one of our greatest problems but we are yet to realize that. Ethnic and religious animosity, selfishness, greed and the absence of love for the country will be holding us down forever if we don’t recognize and eliminate these demons.

Stories. Rwanda is getting greater and greater. Our own is to be hoping and wishing. It’s not rocket science and would never happen.

  13. Nigeria ago.. when I sat to listen to the old beautiful tales bout Nigeria. It gave me the optimism that We would get back to that point of balance again. We are oscillating far away from that point cos of some intenal and external factors. Once these factors are altered (and believe me, it will), then we would definitely feel that ealge vibe all around. for now that eagle is dead.

This is just a generic message. It doesn’t stop them from taking the light whenever they want.

    2. Generic message with date and time of the planned outage?
I guess you'd just be happy that everyone shares in your misery.
We have almost constant power supply and get text messages before outages
