    4. Yemi my namesake, keep soaring high like an eagle. You will never be the photocopy of someone else bcos you're simply the best at your originality. Keep giving us your loyal fans those fantastic and fabolus gbedu. I don't why some people choose to be the fake version of another living being when they could have been the best version of themselves.

  3. Seyi, because of respect for our blog Broomstick I'll call you toothpick. With your toothpick self, you are calling Yemi African BeyoncΓ©

Because you know Tiwa has always been called our BeyoncΓ©. Yimu to you, Yemi even gave you big Ela!

  6. So miss Shay is still busy subbing while the supposed "subee" is busy packing endorsement. LOL.

Yemi, you get sense dear. Keep working on evolving to be the best of you.

  7. I agree with her 100 percent.
When I see Yemi, I see a woman who is not ashamed to be herself, wear the clothes she wants to, sing what she wants to, she has carved an identity for herself.
It's not a compliment to be called African Beyonce, carve your identity, walk your path. Be you!

  10. I like the way Yemi stylishly shunned Seyi. Yemi knows people often referred to Tiwa as African Beyonce wannabe so she no wan own the title.
Seyi and her oversabi. Looking for fellow Tiwa Beefers Comrade.

  14. It's amazing how someone can be so much more mature than a person who is ten years older than her! Just goes to show you that maturity doesn't come with age but is a thing of the mind. Look at Yemi's response. Yemi is proud to be Yemi and while she's inspired by Beyonce as a legend, she wants to carve her own niche! THAT is the mark of a confident and intelligent woman. I love this from Yemi!
Unlike the insecure ones who go about calling themselves 'African Beyonce.' African Beyonce my fat black nyash! Surulere Beyonce sef you no fit get!
    Ride on, Yemi baby

    1. Why has tiwa ever called herself that, you can like yemi but you don't have to lie about someone else when doing that. At least she's doing well for herself

    2. If this is a sub for Tiwa, well Tiwa has never called herself Beyonce.
May Yemi and Sheyi go siddon somewhere jare.

  17. Lol...they always look for ways to insult Yemi and hype their tin god.
There is nothing wrong in Yemis statement. Everyone should strive to be original.
Its not a compliment to be called African Beyonce, if you think its a compliment, check yourself.
Asides music, the next best thing an Artiste should have is their identity, if you don't sorry for you.
The genesis of all this 'complex' was the MAMA award they lost in 2016, but come on,I can't count how many African countries yemi toured in 2016, its a no brainer. The moment we realise that Nigeria is just one country in Africa, the better.
All of you saying Tiwa is unbothered, go an read her old comments, throwing shade, enabling 'bad' blood. All the 'beef' you think Yemi has started from Tiwa savage.
