  2. Awww...
If you have ever been close to death by a fraction, you would definitely know that you were just a few seconds gone outta this life and most times you just know a higher force helped you out of that situation.

    Thank God for him.

  5. That I may know him,and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his suffering, being made comfortable unto his death... I'm still struggling in faith, but I obviously don't want to miss heaven. If you think you're too "posh" to serve God wait till you see so many posh people who die on daily basis. Serve him when you can still do.

    3. Best decision ever,For it is appointed unto men once to die and after that is judgment. Jesus is coming soon or death may hit anyone at anytime. Eternity in hell is the worst thing to happened to any soul.

  6. Praise God. But it shouldn't take a near-death experience to believe in God. Faith is the evidence of things not seen. Believe and then you'd see. God is faithful!

  9. Unfortunately, I'm slowly starting to question this Christianity thing. I was raised in a strict Christian home. My mom has been battling a serious illness for years now. Yet inspite of her illness, she forces herself to go to church every Sunday, prays all the time, even when she's unwell, she forces to go to church and preach. She always blasts me for questioning God and tells me her situation could've been worse, but could it?
A God that supposedly created the whole world with just his words, why is it so hard for him to reach out and heal his supposed children?
A God who supposedly loves his children, why does he sit back, fold his arms and watch them suffer? Does he enjoy it?
A God who sits back and allows innocent people to suffer, just so his name can be "glorified", who allows people to suffer just for his pleasure, so he can look good in the end, isn't that a selfish God? That reeks of narcissism. Even as a child, when my mom wasn't as sick, I used to wonder why a supposed kind hearted God will allow innocent people to suffer.
I have always gone to church because it makes my mom happy but I'm slowly getting to a point where I'm not so in love with the church anymore. If my mom dies, I have a feeling I will just quit religion altogether. Right now, I don't have a choice because I'm still under the supervision of my mom.
LOL people will be so shocked because I'm that church girl that everybody admires. Little do they know that I do it to please my mom.

    2. My sister i am in the same shoe with you. Mine is worse but it is better i keep serving God because i know if i backslide,it will change nothing. If you denounce Christ, will it change anything?NO! So i better remain in Christ and endure till the end. Maybe one day, just one day my miracle will happen.

    3. The fear of a lake of fire and burning for eternity in hell is what propels many Christians. However, long before one religion touched upon the face of the earth God and God's glory existed. No religion or practicing of religion adds anything to the God energy. The truth is, everything is God in the world, there is no you or me, it's only the consciousness and how we choose to live that creates the illusion of an identity. The bodies are God's and the minds are also God's. So the owner is always in charge of how things goes. This is why ppl do things at times and they say that is so not me, I don't know how I could have done or say that, well sometimes things are done not of the human brain but by an unseen hand. It is God who is deciding how everything goes on earth. The human project is very complex, because humans have this idea that they are the center of creation and that God favors them more than anything else, which is not the case. Creation did not stop with our solar system, nor are humans the center of God's existence or purpose. The full force of the God energy isn't even with mankind most of the time, and most ppl do not dedicate their time to learning how to tap into that energy instant. Prayers can take very long to reach the destination and some never will because they are dragged back down by the gravity of fear and hopelessness. Still many have no clue what scientific prayer is, so it may take decades for healing to come to some sick ppl and many will die without seeing any healing. In some places in the world humans are faced to fight with nature every single day to survive. The fact that a python ate a baby or your mother's own sickness is not improving is not going to change anything in the world. If your mother's beliefs give her peace then do not try to disrupt that. Peace to a sick person is all they have so let her have her peace and smile with her even if you are not wowed by the source of her peace. If she doesn't have her faith what will she have? Her entire source of purpose would be gone, don't question her again, let her have her peace.

BTW, I am a believer in the teachings of Christ, I am not a modern day Christian. But I would never encroach on these ppl's beliefs. Religion has helped many ppl to turn around their lives and keep them living morally sound ones, ppl who would be vagabonds and vagrants without it. Yes, there is an insidious side to religion, but it gives many ppl hope and a reason for going forward in life. It may not be yours or my thing, but for others it is everything, so let them have it in peace.

    5. Hello dear. When you go through challenges, remember Our father Abraham. The bible says he staggered not at the promise of God always giving glory to God. This world is a temporal place. Study the book of Revelation. You will understand eternal life. A life after this very life that is more glorious. Also study Gal 5:22. Endure Long suffering. Its part of the fruit of the spirit
