    4. And this is why people don’t rate her. Stop lying with the bull and be honest. You all get plastic surgery and maintain it by exercise. No waist trainer or exercising will give you a figure 8 if that’s not how God made your body. Social media needs to die πŸ™„

The problem with Nigerians is lack of self control- you can’t eat all the fufu/amala/bread/ jollof/fried plantain and still be expecting results.
Lazy gluttons filled with jealousy everywhere.
Toke is beautiful and slim just like I like it.

  17. Toke you're naturally slim and your waist tiny. You have not even given birth yet and let's not forget you went under the knife some time ago. πŸ™„πŸ™„πŸ™„

If your stomach is big, change your diet and be disciplined about it.
Stop eating late at night or eating a lot at a sitting and stop putting stuff into your mouth every two hours.
      Do regular exercise too.

Waist trainers squash your internal organs into odd shapes and positions within your abdominal cavity and that’s dangerous for your health.

    2. @ P.Scheherazade thank u.i wil do extacly as u say,thank u so much.

    3. I agree with you.
SDk Please make it a topic.

There is one thing about the Cameroonian women, no matter how FAR sLIM or old she is, have kids or not, her stomach must be flat!!
As in you start to wonder if its a DNA thing. Please check out the French part of Cameroon
      The women's stomach flat kampe

Many attribute big stomach to lifestyle and feeding habits
      Childbirth etc

Others say it may be fibroids or other benign growth.

MADAM SDK AND TEAM: PLEASE START A TOPIC ON THIS, LETS ALL CONTRIBUTE AND lEARN

If there is one distinguishing thing about SDK blog, it's how they have engaging and topical issues
      Please consider this request ma

So let’s differentiate between waist training and butts implants. Make Una talk like people wey go school for once
