Nigerian Air Force Denies Dropping Weapons For Herdsmen

In a statement by the Acting Command Public Relations and Information Officer, Headquarters Ground Training Command, Nigerian Air Force, Flight Lieutenant Faith Aigbeoghain, she described the report as false, “deliberately misleading and obviously concocted by the writer to cause disaffection and incite negative, divisive emotions”.

The allegation , which was accompanied with a picture, went viral, claiming that the Airforce personnel were dropping weapons for the Fulani herdsmen ahead of a planned attack in Enugu State.

  1. Anyone hat has their hand in any evil act in Nigeria let God judge and expose them all.

  2. With this country, everything is possible. There's no smoke without fire.

  3. Did they conduct a thorough investigation to be sure it's not few bad eggs within that are abusing the resources they control e.g. Unofficial use of the plane to deliver arms to herdsmen.

  4. In every RUMOUR, an iota of truth can be found therein.... Kapish

  5. So are the security forces mobilized to nip in the bud any "planned attack in Enugu state?"
This denial will possibly find them out.

    1. True talk. Let them not come with 'we weren't prepared' or 'we couldn't get there in time' regular excuse again. We consider those stories mere tactics to allow herdsmen/boko haram/bandits have their way. Let those planes be flying if and when the time comes. As far as I see it, all communities should have trained vigilante ready.
