Big brother,what did Seyi do?

  1. It's a strategy to put yourself up or not influence the nominations.
But its too early in the game to pull such stunt. You have to test the waters first, be sure of your fan base.

    IMO,He was showing himself.
    Didn't think this through.
Who tests the depth of a river with two feet?

    2. Aww, who heard froods discussion with Ike today.
I think I like frood again, he was advicing Ike to forgive his parents and used himself as an example.
He told his story, his mum got married at 18, had him at 19 and got divorced at 20 cus his father married his secretary.
He forgave his father and even took him for a surgery, he got his parents to be cordial with each other.
I now understand why he is super emotional, let me go and vote him.
As for seyi, I trust that he will pull through, slot of people have his back, plus he is likeable.

    3. Hehehe.. Which fans? When his fam can afford to keep him in the house till 99th..
Strategy yes.. He seems smart and must have studied previous seasons of bbn/a to act that way, cause he is definitely not oblivious of the benefit of the vetopower plus he won it on sunday and decided on monday so there was time to think it through..
Machismo? Come onnn..guess you prefer the muliebrity of Frodd(jk).. Every male in the house cant be Mike.. Oh well, different strokes i guess

  2. He refused to save and replace with his veto power. That's his own strategy to gain popularity and vote.

    1. He was even kind of regretting later on, cus he was saying he dint have enough time to think it through.
When Mike came to meet him he was sounding like he wanted to cry sef.

    2. Yeah he regretted it and people were busy calling him selfless. My own is that these housemates are boring. Are these the people we're supposed to watch till October? From Grandpa Jeff to madam holy spirit jackye that are busy hiding their hairline, Jeff with face cap and jacket with scarf, to Nelson giving me gay vibes and daddy Mike that is always dishing polite insults and sarcastic comments but the housemates are too dumb to catch them. Guy low-key insults them with polite insults that only smart people can get it. Most people voting him are voting him for his accent. I've stopped watching, I only watch the nomination and eviction show. Even their Friday night game is a snooze fest. I don't have a fave, they all bore me. Everyone's camera conscious and it's killing the game.

    3. Which kind selfless? But he was bold to nominate in the diary room. I think he couldn't nominate anybody in place of himself, because he does not want to be seen as a bad guy. He is not bold enough to nominate anyone publicly.

  3. Because he declined using his veto power to save himself and replace with another.

I'm thinking that's a very wrong message big brother is passing. He seriously sounded like he was angry.
Even our dear Omashola asked him for clarification during the diary session.

    1. Don't mind biggie as if there was no conditions attached to it. You can either use it or forfit it which Set I chose the later biggie got angry and it made the poor guy regret his decision. This is a game of risk, luck and that's what seyi did. In fact, aside for the fact that he won people over to himself, he actually helped the boring show yesterday, everyone was talking about it.
Then, he is an Awolowo, he have to leave a mark now, abi which kind Awolowo he wan say he be. Even if he goes home on Sunday, he has made an impression either good or bad in the minds of people, only yesterday, his fellowship increased a great deal. That's how stars do

Make biggie leave these housemates and let them bring the pepper instead of him intruding.

  5. He decided to be superman and not replace himself with anyone else. .

    1. nor be him power?? he can decide to use it whichsoever way he wants!!!

  6. seyi did something stupid but selfless. if the housemates thing its a strategy they should try it. the guy just loves them all equally and like his new name sugar daddy, he acted but biggie was obviously angry as say i changed their script.

  7. say shocked most people? seyi is a hero

  8. Someone cannot do good in peace again without people reading meaning to it, whether it was a strategy or not, fake or real, that was a courageous move and i hope he survives on sunday

    1. very courageous, coz its a 50/50 thing. you really have to be selfless to pull that stunt. make I talk true, if na me I go use the VP, I no fit try that kin strategy

  9. He would have allowed people that needed the veto to use it. It is a flaunt of biggie's order. He should pray that it doesn't backfire. Anyways he is one of those that are they for the experience. I don't think he actually needed the money. As per who in be na.

  10. Seyi’s action might seem being humane enough not swapping himself with another, it also looks uncalled for & reeks of cowardice, bcoz if he could nominate behind closed doors without other housemates watching, why pretend . However, I like his personality & I know that if he scales thru ds wknd, he’s one of d strong contenders.

    1. It can all happen that those that were remaining are those he doesn't want to nominate, so, you get his dilemma. Until one is in that position, you won't understand.

Remember when Bassey swapped himself for Efes girl in "see gobbe", when it was Efes turn, he swapped Debierise, so, in another word, it is a game that breds enmity, so, he might not want to caught in that trap...I no easy.

  11. I still applaud him for it, no matter others condemn his act, that's why we are Africans.

  12. He was not punished for not using his veto power, but for throwing the badge down and saying he doesn't want it.
Because not swapping means you are automatically up.

  13. Seyi suffers from anxiety issues. He has been depressed in the past so putting people like that under pressure in such a situation makes them jittery.
I don't think this was a strategic move, he might be reasoning the advantage now though. Karen once did this, Karen had a big heart that even Vimbai who bullied her mercilessly was easily forgiven.

Seyi was not in the conversation before, but after what he did.. people are willing to do anything to keep him. Which housemate would take such a risk all in the name of strategy especially after watching Kim leave unceremoniously. Seyi might be annoying sometimes but you can’t take away that soft part of him. He once gave up his food when everyone was yelling at him.
Whatever the out ome might be on sunday, I really do like Seyi. You see the desperation in humans while they are couped in.

    1. Iphie dearie forget that thing! He knows what he did, the same Seyi that discouraged Mike when Mike wanted to give all his Coins to Omoshola when his was stolen is now selfless. Dude is trying to test his strength

  14. this set of housemate are funny sha, once a housemate wins VP, almost all the others put the person up for eviction.

  15. Let his family dash out "Richard card" so we can vote for him. His aunty madame VP can get kiki osibanjo to do the honours.
