    1. It seems some of you do not understand the question....

I believe before you rent an apartment or moved to your newly built or bought house, you would have known before hand, if there's constant power supply and water...

The question is after you have moved in what do you look out for?

  25. Firstly I check for network as I like to browse and hubby needs it for his work.
Secondly, I check for how constant the power is. One can't afford to be using gen always.
Finally, I check for the nearest Catholic church.

I don't only checkout the roads, l look for more on the roads, reserves that aspect.
People call me crazy for this.
I no longer leave in Lagos but Lagosians will buy credit or data, to call me for directions to places in Lagos.
Due to this my corner corner knowledge, my friends and family all over Nigeria would involve me in their shopping, because l will sha know where wholesale dey, name it l know it.
Even where l reside now the same gift is still on.
Friends that l met here, after six months here, they started consulting me for where to shop.
No be by GPS oh !
Me l go hold your hand waka, if your leg or tyre strong.
