Watch how you eat.If you don't have the strength for the gym,your eating should be your priority.Not everything should enter your mouth especially fatty foods and carbs.Even though you eat them,portion control is key.Avoid eating late night too.Some people like Genny and Tiwa are naturally slim,but their diet also help them.Watch your diet and try walking Sometimes.

      Jogging, or running, itself will not cause the arthritis. If one had already have arthritis,or have bone and bone contact, or no cartilage in their knee, running will make it bad. But, in many cases, running can actually help reduce arthritis symptoms. Jogging helps bring more fluid into the knees and keeps them moving.

    5. Anon, it seems you have problems with your joints. Which means you have to go for low impact exercises. My dear, it is not by force to run/jog to lose weight. There are other forms of cardio you can do. People lose 100lbs through common walking. Just go and download Leslie Sansone's videos on Youtube and thank me later.
