Tribunal Order Rerun Election In Delta Between Former Gov Uduaghan And James Manager

Former Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan on Saturday September 7,2019 floored  Senator James Manager the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP),at the Election Petition Tribunal in Asaba.






Recall that INEC had declared Manager winner of the Delta South Senatorial district election.

Uduaghan who contested for the same senatorial seat under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) approached the Tribunal seeking to cancel the outcome of the election.

The Tribunal, on Saturday, ordered INEC to conduct a fresh election.
