    1. I just felt sorry for their stupidity right from the beginning she & her husband came forward with this baseless case... who comes up with such without a shred of evidence after several yrs? Only a mumu thats willing to stigmatize their family..... now see the disgrace, you'd pay him on top!
Nigeria is a country that a fresh one hour case is hard to prove, you dug up 15yrs case and expected to win? No sense at all..

    7. they just gave more empowerment to lecturers, boss at work, to rape u with the notion that they will get out of it as long as they have money and connection. and to those shouting evidence u don't plan to be raped. what a country. dear rape victims let us keep hiding our experience till we take it to our grave because obviously a private rape incident is better than a public disgrace like this.

    8. Whether it's donkey years or just one hour ago rape is evil. I believe Busola the evidence might not be there, that does not mean it did not happen. People should learn to remove sentiment of liking or hating Busola. Just be watchful so that someone you dearly trust don't play you by raping your children right under your very nose.

I thank Timi for loving this gal and God will continual renew their love everyday. You don't know the traumer she goes through that why can talk this way. I am Joe.

  5. The problem with Busola case is that it can never win in any court of law world wide. There is no single evidence and it happened years ago

This comes down to he said she said and that can never win anywhere. She will have to pay for his lawyer fees and damages if she cannot prove she was raped.

The way she told the story has holes and it can be seen from two ways. Her sister was in that house but didnt hear a word and didnt see anything . The only potential witness so she can never win .

    8. I said it that the rape story was not coherent but they called for my head. If I were to judge that case, I will conclude that an affair really happened but it wasn't rape, judging from her story. Unless she has a more convincing story, but with that her interview story, it's a waste of time! "He came to your house when your mother and every one else was not at home except you and your sister (who told him that the 'coast' was clear?) He raped you in your living room while your sister was upstairs and you did not shout to alert your sister??? After that He went out to bring kest from his car while you were still there standing and waiting for him without your sister coming down to know what's going on, why didn't you call her?
Bukola bring a more convincing story dear, this story here is a child's play.

It means that anybody who feels aggrieved with You, can wake up 10 years later, without any iota of evidence and accuse you of rape.

  30. Guys, let's look at this case without sentiments. Busola was claiming statutory rape because she was allegedly 17 years old when it occurred. Then it came out that pastors child at whose naming she claimed she was raped the second time, wasnt born until 2 years after the date she claimed it happened. She quickly changed the date it happened to match pastors childs birth period, but claimed she was still 17 years old 2 years later. Who does that!!

  31. God alone knows what truly happened! Her husband pushed her to voice out to settle personal scores. For her family not to put in their support, spoke volumes!

    ReplyDelete
  32. the case now is about evidence and not whether she was raped or not. Remember it is a court case and hence court orders must be followed we often say Nigeria is a lawless country yet when the law is being adhered to we have a problem with it

  33. Na she get time to talk. If na me, I for don pay the right crew to teach him a simple lesson. I knew this case was dead on arrival the momment she took it to court. And Biodun obviously is well-'linked.' No problem because this is man's judgement. So Ese etc were wrong. But Fatoyinbo's victory is temporal. I only pity his children and children children because the curse will show up definitely. Busola, rest your case. Let them mock and laugh at you and your husband. At least you tried to fight for every female living in SILENCE. The real joke is on the serial rapist, his enablers and your mockers. May they and theirs experience rape, die as many times you died for years but still chose to live, overcome, speak out and fight for the VOICELESS. 36. They should appeal after gathering their evidences or witnesses (the pastor that intervened when her family confronted the accused).

This case should go as high as the Supreme Court if need be.
Rape shouldn't be swept under the carpet just because it happened 100 years ago.

Busola's lawyers should do their background work well. They would find some victims of the accused who would be willing to testify.

A Go-fund-me account should be opened to raise money to pursue this rape case to its conclusive end.
This would encourage other rape victims to speak up knowing they would get legal and financial aid.

Women, children and the helpless should be protected from this rape scourge.

    ReplyDelete
  37. If you don't know the real truth of the matter, stop saying Busola or the pastor is guilty, So that we will not receive God punishment because of someone else case.... CAUTION!!

  38. The details she filed in court vary somewhat from what she stated in her interview. Her lawyers must have urged her to try and make the story more believable. Unfortunately for her, it still didn't fly. It's all pretty unfortunate considering that bringing the matter up in the first place, most likely wasn't her idea but her husband's. Kpele.

All you people know is carry pose on social media, yet your nation ain't worth a pot to piss in. In all my life never once have I heard Nigerias getting together to mobilize and March against injustice or government corruption. Many countries do it, they make their voices heard, but you people see just nothing but useless internet gangstas. All bark no bite. Even tuface idibia who once wanted to mobilize against government chickened out Las Las. How the fck you claim to be giant of Africa and in 2019 you still don't have electricity, running to neighboring countries to seek refuge, including one's who gained independence way after you, to seek refuge. Yet you go to these countries your arrogance and look down on people stay strong.

Im so disgusted by this ex cultists member now turn pastor biodun story and that he's gotten away with it

And when you read comments even more disgusted women support him. Most of You Nigerians are sick as fcuk

I don't blame you, when a nation raises bad behavior b1tches like that cum bucket rude heffas like Ceec and Mercy as role models what do you expect. A nation who claim Christianity yet promote disgraceful disgusting shows like BBN.

Go to Yara Yashidi Instagram page and listen to a recent speech she made, that is what you call a role model to youth. Not the useless nasty disgusting ones not well brought up you are all making role models and useless brand companies using them to represent brand. Saids a lot about their brand

You guys have such lost priorities.

Dont you ever feel superior, as you arrogantly always do, to any African nation, cos st this stage all other African countries have more respect than you.
