In a bid to justify her terrorist inclinations, she infuses the prefix "feminist" to her name. She's a walking time bomb. A threat to people's sons. She dispenses both physical and emotional violence to any guy that's unfortunate to get entangled with her. The same woman comes online to cry blue murder and to decry "violence against women" without her innocent readers having an inkling that she's indeed an atomic bomb.
Always think it through before you desert your marriage because the damage is incalculable. It has a cataclysmic effect. There's hardly any body that leaves their marriage that isn't bittered. The bitterness might be latent, but it is still there. You get mad that a chunk of your life was expended on someone who didn't deserve it. Your kids will always pick up this bitterness. And then what next?
Without any intended prejudice, I made it a policy never to date anyone from a broken home because you end up suffering something you know nothing about. Let's put a stop to this "leave, leave, leave" rhythm. It does more harm than good. People should be encouraged to make their marriage work except in extreme cases.

ReplyDeleteI traveled down to a south west state yesterday,while on the way a young man in his late 30s by his dressing you will know he is one Alfa,he was playing an Islamic sermon on his loud speaker.My God it was really so loud that I was just so angry why a sane person will be playing something as loud as that in a commercial bus.
The content of the islamic sermon was so horrible and blasphemy to christianity,I have never ever listen to such in my entire life.
1, the sheikh said the name Jesus Christ was gotten from a diety
2, Christianity is not recognized by God but was created by the Yoruba's through obatala.
3, the only religion recognized by God is Islam
4, the bible was written by oduduwas disciples.
5, christians are idol worshippers who use God's name to disguise there true intentions.
Many terrible things like that coming out from the sermon the said guy was playing. I was really angry that why will someone do this knowing fully well how critical the country is.
I noticed the man beside me was fuming and was just shaking his head.
There was a woman who was sitting at the extreme end of where the man was,fully covered up with hijab,she flared up and started insulting the guy saying he is a disgrace to Islam,that even if you have such sermon on your phone why not just play it at your house and not doing that publicly.
The man seated beside me said he has been so angry,he is an elder in church but just choose to be calm,but pleased that it was someone who share the same faith as him,called him to order.
I told the man that something as sensitive as that shouldn't be played in public,that he should imagine what could have happened if that sermon was played publicly in the north or a Christian was the one playing that kind of blasphemy sermon to Muslims.
He was trying to make a rubbish excuse that the sheikh giving out the sermon was replying an oba because the oba insulted the sheikh.
The lady in hijab was like how does that correlate with condemning Christianity.that he shouldn't justify the nuisance he was constituting and it shows the kind of Islam he is practicing,you are one of those making them see Islam as one terrible religion because it shows he supported all the rubbish the sheikh was saying in the sermon...
I just advised him to play such in the comfort of his house that he might not be lucky next time.....
He stopped playing the sermon and we got to our destination safe and sound.

Healthy feeding like eating lots of veggies and fruits goes a long way, drinks like coke and co is a no no... reduce your carbohydrate intake, then exercises like walking, sit ups (for your tummy), jugging etc helps a lot(watch YouTube videos).Getting enough sleep helps

He went to his salary account, he was paid in dollars and gave my mum 10 million cash to build a house. And that how we had a house of ours, i was raised by such a woman.
And it impossible to take an otherwise steps unless I'm just a greedy person. Please we still have morally raised people here. Thanks

ReplyDeleteI have started making my Horseband to lay the bed when he wakes up. Very lazy things. He would wake up and leave the bed scattered. He doesn't do anything o. Just to wake up, bathe, eat and take his packaged lunch off to work.
ReplyDeleteWe both work. I wake up 5:am every morning to cook and prepare the kids for school while preparing for my work too.
I leave home 7:am with the kids while he would still be in the bed pressing phone or sleeping. He doesn't resume work early. I drop off the kids, head to work, close 5pm , head to school and pick them up. Come home and cook while seeing to their home work at the same time. Horseband will close, come home and drop his bag and then go out again to hang out with friends till 10pm. I will put the kids to sleep after feeding them and do housework that night. He will eat and go to sleep while I'm still doing some things around the house till 11 or 12am. Sometimes, when I go to bed, he would be waiting for fuvk o. So I told him he is not helping me with anything in the house, even ordinary bed he would not arrange after waking up. He started making it now. I wash with washing machine and when there is no light or it's faulty, I invite a woman to wash them. I pay from my pocket. He would say I'm wasting money. I should wash them myself, afterall mothers who have plenty kids wash their clothes themselves and I have only two kids and paying someone. I would just ignore him to avoid quarrels because if I answer him with the anger in me, he would hate himself.
Thank God I take care of myself by eating well and taking multivitamins. I don't look my age. Some marriages are not what what dreamed that of. I just thank God for my beautiful kids, if there was no child in the marriage, I would have preferred to be single. I just want them to grow with both parents.
Before you ask if I didn't notice it before marriage, he used to do house chores when we were dating. he would cook and wash his clothes.
If you are enjoying your marriage, it's God's grace. Thank God.
I had coffee (with whole milk). Then a whole glass of my new favourite drink - Kombucha. Can you imagine the World War III going on in my tummy right now? 😂
ReplyDeleteKombucha has really helped my life sha oh. I used to have terrible bloat and wonderful fart. But one glass a day for one week and I started to feel the difference. So I stuck to it 👌🏽
What else?? 🤔 That family upbringing post from yesterdsay was very very informative for singles. I used to consider all those but my fellow singles will still be telling me my own is too much. Okay! At least I know I'm not (that) crazy 😂🤣
Listened to Elevation Church message online yesterday. They talked about re-thinking, restructuring and redesigning your life for 2020. Very good message and straight to the point. Pls, if you dont go to a church where you hear msgs that you apply, you need to rethink your life in 2020. Stop the sentiments of the church is xyz and fight for your spiritual life. All those "stop sinning, Jesus is coming soon" messages are good. But, today's challenges for young people are different. If you go to church, go to one that talks to you about personal and career development, and uses bible-based teachings to show you how to navigate real world challenges. Abstract messages and religion are what turns many Christians into hearers and not doers.

Back then, we called it Kargasok tea.

DeleteI hail doctors and nurses. I for one can not stand the sight of blood. I can’t even watch anything bloody. I fidget at the sight, growing up I always wanted to be a doctor but along the line I had to face the fact that I can’t handle anything that has to do with blood, accidents, human cadaver and likes.

DeleteAwwww there’s nothing wrong with buying the same thing for your kids but that eating from one plate is just somehow to me because you’d like to raise your kids as “individuals” with a mind of their own to avoid having them poking their hands into other people’s food in public because “at home, we eat from one plate”. Also, if you can afford to sometimes take them kids out and have them choose what they want. I got that as a kid, I have never liked people imposing what “they liked” on me. So back then when it’s time to shop for me I’m taken to the market to choose.
DeleteI know people from the North eat in groups sharing one plate but I think it’s better to have them eat from theirs so you can also monitor how much each child eats especially if you have a child with a huge appetite among them. You are doing great, don’t be too hard on yourself.
Abeg your kids are individuals and have different personalities, interests and outlooks. Encourage communal eating but it is also ok for them to have different things.

DeleteYou can buy same thing for them till they don't want it anymore. My mum bought same clothes for my sister's and I till my elder sister finished secondary school and refuse wearing same clothes with us.
For the eating from one plate, I personally don't like it. Give them food individually to know what quantity each person eats.
You will be fine.
If you are this worried and guilt ridden over your parenting, then you are probably a very good parent. I doubt a bad parent would worry so much
