Some of you have Ashy,cracked feet and don't know that you need to get it cleaned

Slay Kings and queens please massage your feet with cream after bathing every day or better still go have major pedicure....

      that foot up there is for those that walk around the house on bare feet. I can never be caught walking that way.

  5. I use vaseline on my feet like 4 times a day when I'm at home. I've been doing this for over 10 years. I don't even know what ashy feet means.

  6. Soaking in warm water (with any bath salt), scrubbing with pumice stone and slathering coconut oil too helps.

    To have a very soft feet,massage your feet with Aloe gel and vaseline and wear socks to sleep every night,Your feet will thank you over time.

    3. I am brownskinned again!!!! I'm in my early 30s and a naturalista, was using coconut oil and dusu osun before but right now you need to see me ....glowing. secret is simply pears transparent soap (400), and ruka moisturizing cream(2k/2500). No more dry and scaly skin,dudu osun is my hair shampoo though.

  12. After doing all the feet treatment, learn to wear shoes that are a size bigger than your normal size and learn to wear socks in your sneakers.

    Stop wearing half size slippers and drink alot of water instead of beverages.

  15. If you have cracked heels or you normally have it and you want to prevent it this year:
    Get glycerine, the small one used to clean kids teeth.
    Massage your under-feet in the morning and night with it. Apply enough of it. It works wonders and its not expensive, I bought the last one for 200 few days ago at Gilead pharmacy here in Ibadan. You can also mix with your cream and apply on your hands and legs if they are very dry.
