Christmas is a time for appreciating those around us with nice gifts.....
The problems sometimes is that what we gift out or what we receive might be either above expectation or shockingly below what is expected.....lol

I got a money voucher to collect as many designer perfumes as i want from a perfume shop and this gift is perfect for me cos I am a perfume freak .....
When you get presents you dont like,what is your reaction?I frown immediately when this happens but i hardly ever get bad gifts now though.....

Nigerians are receivers. Very few people like to give. Especially the ladies, giving to a male figure be it their dad, brother or fiance is a huge joke. You will see a lady buy Hollandies, exotic bags, smart phones, Jewelries, shoes, clothes for their mommies. But for their dad, they will give him a bottle of alcohol. I see this all the time. What is wrong with the female-folks?

DeleteBecause some of the dad failed them, my brother inlaw got a car for mum last year while everyone were celebrating, I was just by the side pitying their dad. Nigerian fathers should wake up and taking responsibility for their kids.

Mum promised to buy clothes and perfumes when she travels.
My ex has a degree in getting bad gifts;ugly shoes and bags. The only thing I enjoyed was perfumes and chocolates from him. I gave him good and perfect gifts all the time but he will always travel and return with gwegwe shoes and bags.
