It was shot with her film company Royal Arts Academy in conjunction with Proascella Films.
It features an array of stars that cut across Nollywood and the Diaspora such as Joseph Benjamin, Uche Jombo, Bukky Wright, Chiwetalu Agu, Perez Egbi, Merlisa Determined, Destiny Etiko, Magdalen Vaughn etc.
The film was shot in locations Houston, USA and Nigeria and is a romantic comedy that also touches on relevant social issues such as immigration etc.
SYNOPSIS
The film is about a rising journalist Rachel Hudson who was living her best life until a shocking discovery sends her perfect life spiraling before her eyes, giving rise to her grudge against immigrants who she holds responsible for her woes. On her revenge mission, Rachel is determined to expose illegal immigrants and have them deported. Going undercover to work as a waitress at BOTTOM POT, a popular Nigerian restaurant, as part of her strategy turns out to be a journey she was not expecting.
The movie was directed by Emem Isong Misodi with Technical Directing by Robert Peters, Director of Photography was James Costello, Screenplay was by Rita Onwurah, Producers: Emem Isong Misodi & Misodi Akama, Executive Producers: Akin Kolade, Joseph Bengal and Emem Isong Misodi.
The film is being distributed worldwide by Blue Pictures Nigeria.
