It's high time people start using their common sense instead of emotions. How can a 75 year old be a spiritual father to a 77 year old? And vice versa. This is what happens when we put men where they are not meant to be in our lives. Do not call anyone that is not old enough to be your father-daddy, model etc. It is wrong on every level. Your pastor is your pastor, not your spiritual father. They always spell it out when it concerns them directly. Be wise

Deletelol sadly na you no get common sense here. a spiritual father has nothing to do with age. it is just a person who has guided another on their spiritual journey. i.e if i lead you to Christ and i help mentor you on your christian walk - pray with you, counsel you etc you can call me your spiritual father or mother.
Deleteyes your pastor can be your spiritual father but not all church members can call him that. a spiritual father is just a spiritual mentor. they should however not take the place of the Holy spirit
