    9. True @ Cinnamon. Pregnancy, whether carried to term or not, makes the breast sag and not breastfeeding.

All a woman should have post delivery is joy...
John 16:21 21A woman has pain in childbirth because her time has come; but when she brings forth her child, she forgets her anguish because of her joy that a child has been born into the world.

    2. Yes, Joy is all a woman should have after delivery. Unless the husband is a he-goat like the one that wrote in chronicle today. It is not pregnancy or childbirth that is causing the depression, it is the he-goat.

    4. PND is very real, because you didn't experience it should not make you rubbish it

    5. You remind me of people who dismiss depression.

Please read up on them. It is real.

Dunce, religious lunatic, not learned, not intelligent... Wawu, you really
went to dictionary market for me today to update your poisoned arrows.😊😊😊
I like what 16:27 wrote. If a woman is depressed after pregnancy/delivery or at
any other time, something (cheating husband, finances etc.) is making her depressed and not the pregnancy or labor.
The birth of a child should bring joy and not sorrow.

    7. None of you is even contradicting the word of God up there or is Jesus no longer God in your lives -the one that created the human body?
If God tells me that all a woman should have after delivery is joy, I believe him.

Who do you believe; the Words of Jesus or science?
Depression is real, but even medical science hasn't told us
that pregnancy is the cause of those depression in women post-birth.
They say it is idopathic -of unknown cause. So let's not misunderstand it
because it makes some ladies to loathe being pregnant because of PND.
Find out what caused the depression and tackle it and stop blaming pregnancy for it.
I believe Jesus who created the human being; all a woman has as emotion after delivery is Joy,
anything short of that is not form him.

    9. Keep quiet abeg. I hope when you get headache or when you get malaria you don't go to hospital. You just pray. Sorry I forgot you have never been sick since you were born.

Calm down. YOu are getting it all twisted up. 😊
All I have said is that pregnancy or childbirth does not cause depression.
Read about PPD and see that it is not attributed to pregnancy or childbirth
like a lot of you understand it.

    11. Please ajuju anon ..there really is such a thing as post natal depression .it is a medical condition just research about it ..dont mind those using insults .......it is not because the baby father is wicked ..no ...the stress or pains of childbirth or sometimes you just don't connect with the kid for reasons that no one can explain even when a loving husband is there

  6. I don't think I will back ooh. I will just carry my treasure on my hands when he comes. Backing baby causes severe back pains which I'm not ready for.

    1. I said same too until he came. Except you have a live in nanny , sometimes backing them is the only way to stop the crying or rock them to sleep.

  7. My prayer is that every woman that desires to have kids will have them in Jesus' name.

There's this joy you get from carrying your own child. It's so real! The love for your kids are just so pure! Looking at them as they sit, crawl, walk, play is just bliss. It melts my heart mennn!

Thank you Jesus for the blessing and privilege of being a mum. It's so sweet I must say.

  8. My daughter is the first child I ever backed. Prior to having her, I never tried it. At first it was difficult, I'd ask people to assist me tie the wrapper. Once, it was a Mallam who helped me πŸ˜‚. But I got better with time and I'm now perfect. Babies love it. My daughter loves it up till now.#agbaya#πŸ˜‚. As a matter of fact, we're going out in a few and I'll be backing her 😜. #joysofmotherhood#

  9. I did back my child. I asked for wrapper to back him from home and my sweet sister, sent some in the post. I don’t know if there’s a correlation with backing a child and PND.
I also remember having a very short stint of depression. I had some help for about a month. After everyone left, Hubby went to work, l couldn’t do anything. Even to go store l had to carry my baby. The struggle with the car seat was another story. In short, taking the baby in and out of the car, into the shopping cart with the seat, etc You have to be very strong and experienced to do all that. I began to remember when l could just up and go, when l could sleep but having a baby changes everything. I would just be looking at my daughter and one day, l told myself l could do it and that was it. I later put her in daycare and returned to work after four months. Now, l don become pro. First time was terrible.

  10. Backing is the easiest way to carry a baby. Especially when doing chores or going out. I use my baby carrier when they are younger but as soon as they are older my wrapper is never far away.
As for the breast sagging, carrying a pregnancy and breastfeeding is what sags the breast. Any sagging from backing baby is just after the fact. Breast been Don sag.

  11. Why back a peaceful baby?
Most people that back their babies, do so because their baby won't allow them do the things they want to do.

When you have a baby that doesn't cry, doesn't suffer from Colic, play without stressing you out, backing will be the last thing on your mind.

There was nothing like backing for me. I gave birth to the most peaceful, healthiest baby ever.

  12. My soon to be 3yrs old still brings wrapper for me to back her when she is fretting, agitative due to one thing or order that I can't point out.i simply back her until she calms down and she either fall asleep or climb down to gk play once she is calm. She is my second and I backed them both.it helps to care for them and do core around the house.my boobs didn't say anything. Please to avoid sagging of boobs, always wear a bra, even if it's just loose with no wire when you're pregnant and breastfeeding. Those times that the boobs are heavy. I did for my two babies and I breastfeed them but my boobs is still in a very good shape.I sleep with them bra, loose like a sports bra, no wire and free. It helps the boobs from sagging.

    1. Don’t mind all them hypocrites. Babies don’t have teeth and that’s where their food comes from.
The grown ass men with teeth ducking their breast should be their concern. As for me, l run and squeeze my wife’s breast well well. If e sag, Na my own l go manage am like that but it’s still upright for now after two kids and my squeezing and sucking for five years now. I know you will see this wifey K. You know l love you and your nice bobi.
