In attendance were some notable Nollywood celebrities such as Bob Manuel Udokwu, Fred Amata, Tony Akposheri, Rita Edochie, Emeka Rollas and some other eminent personalities including the Moroccan Ambassador. It was a two day retreat, which included a tour of the Golf Course, the breath taking facilities of the Mount Ned Nwoko Resort, a mini zoo and ongoing construction of the first Sports University in Africa. There is also a Mini Pyramid and tunnel in the resort.
Born into the royal family, he loves to express himself through buildings. He designed the buildings and supervised them himself. He talked particularly about the uniqueness of the Mount Ned Nwoko Resort, which is 1000ft above sea level and the second highest point in the Southern part of Nigeria. The environment is particularly noted for being mosquito free and that is the reason why the indigenes there do not have malaria.
Guests experienced the beauty of night life in Idumuje Ugboko and attested to the fact that there are indeed no mosquitoes there. Prince Ned Nwoko has special interests in architecture, history and culture and it runs in his family. His uncle Demas Nwoko is a renowned Nigerian artist, protean designer, architect and master builder.
About the Sports University, Prince Ned Nwoko said plans are on to start in September 2020. The hostels being constructed are UK standard; a flat of 4 rooms each having its own toilet and bathroom with a common kitchen and laundry. This was influenced by what he experienced while studying in the UK. He said the hostel will be open for tourists to stay during the long summer holidays while the students are away. Concerning the fees, he said it will be very affordable that every student will get a form of scholarship.

Kudos to Ned's Foundation for honoring Peter E. on his birthday ,but nollywood people should not finish the man's money oo in the name of helping him fulfill his political ambition. His strategies are so tight, including his marriage to Regina. But he should measure the loyalty of these people if he were,nt this rich. Nollywood's support to our Dear Geg, come to mind here.

DeleteImagine the resort and wildlife collection of a "billionaire", even after living in the UK. Nigerians sef, they can never cease to amaze me. Even my grandmother's farm boasts of better cattle. It is one thing to be wealthy, it is entirely/completely another thing to have taste and finesse/class. I am yet to see that in all these noise about "billions here and billions there."
