Good Morning people....

How is everyone doing?especially those in states or Countries where is a lockdown directive? There is a lockdown post coming up soon and it's my original content.....

Those blog visitors selling foodstuff, una don hammer with the hike of prices of food..... I hear that One kilo of Titus fish that used to be N900, was N1400 as of Monday and the price might never go down..one paint of garri moved from N600 to N1,300-double the price and some!

Please note that the hike of prices is not in Nigeria alone but all over the World..The farmers can no longer go to farms so the prices go up....It is best now to buy canned foods ...

Stay safe and stay indoors..
..
God bless us all...
E go be as e go be.........✌✌✌

  1. Rhapsody Today!!

    Know Who You Are!!
    Psalm 82:5.

    Excerpts!!

"Many who are victims in life are actually not victims of the devil but of ignorance"

"Your life is based on the information that you have. Your standard of life is limited to your knowledge. No one ever lived beyond the level of his knowledge"

"When the reality of the Word and who you are in Christ dawns on you, you suddenly come to a place of absolute confidence and independence, where you realize that the world doesn't determine what happens with you"

    Today's Confession!!

My heart is flooded with knowledge and spiritual understanding. I know who I am; am heir of God and a joint-heir with Christ. I know what belongs to me in Christ. I live above lack, sickness, disease, defeat and all the rudiments of this world. My life is upward and forward only, from glory to glory, from faith to faith, and from grace to grace. Amen.

    7. Stella, but all of the stores I have been going to shop for groceries, none of them have increased their prices. Infact, I bought Nido milk,Groundnut oil, Weetabix and a few other items on offer at Asda.

The only place I noticed they have inflated their prices is the African shop.

It is not fair when people exploit situations like this, very wicked.

      To answer your questions:
      1. People who reside in Lagos and over 60yrs of age.
      2. It's ongoing, I don't know if it's a one off thing. Or it will be repeated - depending on how long this lasts
      3. All over Lagos.

      To the questions didn't ask.
How did they come about who should be given such relief? They called up their LASRA data base and calculated the present ages who are 60yrs and above and still living.
Then reach out to them with the mobile number they wrote down in their LASRA filing. By sending everyone that qualifies an SMS, with a request to know if their filed address is still relevant or changed. A prompted reply is needed.
And then, they'll notify qualified lagosians when delivery will show up at beneficiaries residece for pick up.

I hope this serves your curiosity.

  2. GO THE DISTANCE

The enemy of adversity is competence. Get some, get some more, organize it all together, and use it.

The enemy of loneliness is love. Give some, give some more, be creative about it, and care.

The enemy of hopelessness is generosity. What you offer to others, you gain many times over.

The enemy of boredom is curiosity. Life’s wonders do not live exclusively in museums, but are found in every particle of existence.

The enemy of annoyance is gratitude. Things could be a lot worse, and reminding yourself of that makes things a lot better.

A surprisingly short distance from what brings you down, is what makes you strong. Go the distance, find that strength, and live it.

Let's obey the stay at home order but if we are going to the market especially we the mothers, lets try to keep distance ,cover our nose, don't touch surfaces or people anyhow, then wash our hands with soap and water!

  5. About 150,000 people have been infected with coronavirus in the United States of America with over 3000 deaths. Yet, America is evacuating its citizens from Nigeria that has only 131 confirmed cases with just 2 deaths. Other Western nations with tens of thousands of cases of the virus are following suit. What exactly are we not being told? Why would anyone want to escape from a place with just 131 cases to places that have been overwhelmed by the virus? In case you still haven't figured it out, we are in deep shit. The most worrying part of it all is that nobody is leading us. We have a mannequin stationed in Aso Rock.

    1. Ceaser I strongly believe that Nigeria will turn out fine. Anytime I listen to the alarming death rates in the Us, Spain or Italy. I don't think Nigeria can ever cope with a total breakdown but I'm trusting God for a supernatural miracle. That's what our nation needs now, if countries like France, Spain and Italy can take the option of flying their sick ones to Germany then Nigerians should really be praying for miracle.

    2. Better to die in their country than in Nigeria.

The hospitals there work, doctors and nurses are not running away and the ones that stay are not telling people with Covik one nine to shout their symptoms from the gate and the isolation centers/ hospitals will not make you want to escape or die.

Atleast in their country, they have a chance of survival.

      Delete
    3. I don't think we should further scare people. There's lockdown in Abuja and Lagos, other states might follow. Let's see how far that goes and be alive to see the end of this pandemic. I don't think the picture is as bad as you paint it.

      Delete
    4. Broda Ceaser,

You and all your prophets of doom will be disappointed. The situation in Nigeria will defy all logic and scientific predictions and we will not record thousands of deaths until this Coronavirus is defeated. As the Lord lives!

  7. YOU WILL RECIEVE DOUBLE FOR YOUR TROUBLE!

“For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them.” Isaiah 61:7

One thing you must know about God’s character and nature is He will never allow you to go through the tests, the fire, and the valley and not cause you to experience His goodness in an outweighed measure in your life. Surely His goodness and mercy follows you all of the days of your life!

Just as Job received twice as much as he had before his calamity, it is God’s will that you also receive double for your trouble, double for your shame and double for your confusion. When God turned the captivity of Zion, they were like them that dream! They were walking around saying, “Pinch me. God is blessing me in such a way that I feel like I am dreaming!” The nations around them said, “Surely they are the nation whom the Lord has blessed.” Those around you may have seen your shame, but they will witness God exalting you and blessing you so you can be a blessing in these times.

  42. Hello everyone, I'm out of self-quarantine. I was in a high risk country for some days and from there, I travelled to Nigeria. (Part of many trips I have planned out for this year since last year)
There were so many politicians on the flight that I entered, some had gone for treatment while others may have been in Germany on political duties. I was scared even though I tried my possible best to protect myself.
I was lucky enough, I was all alone on my pew, there were no passengers around me.
My trip was halted when I received a call that there will be a lockdown soon in Europe, I had to cut my trip short, change my ticket and travel back home.

I have been in isolation with my boy because he was also in a high risk country while I travelled to Nigeria.

I have to make sure that we were not carrier of the virus before coming out of isolation.

Its been seventeen days since we returned back from our trip, there has been no health issues of any kind.

I also had to isolate myself from social media,

My boy and I are doing great, we are healthy and fit, all thanks to God, I have not been coronalized.

I had planned out my 2020 to be a very adventurous one, with tickets already bought for some trips and plans for more trips already in order, but Wuhan Corona virus has changed everything for me.

In one hand I'm happy that I don't have the Wuhan virus, on the other hand, I am very upset that my plans for the year has been jeopardize by this deadly apocalyptic pandemic.

Stella, I hope you and your family are safe there in Germany.

Beautiful and lovely BVs, I hope you all are safe wherever you are... Please stay safe and remain indoors.

We are on total lockdown here, no movement of any kind. To go to the supermarket, we have to send a message to five digits number or print out an authorization form along with your identity card.

Things are getting tougher for so many people.... The aftermath of Wuhan Corona virus is not going to be sweet, people are already falling into depression.

My boy keep asking me when are we going out, when are we going to school, when is he going on a playdate with his little friend, I have tried explaining things to him about the virus that has now turned pandemic, the reason we have been indoors and why we must continue to remain indoor.

We have been on different routine and I'm getting bonded with my boy daily.

I pray that God will have mercy and stretch out His healing hands and heal the land. I pray that He grant knowledge and understanding to all the doctors and scientists to find a cure/vaccine soon.

Things will get better soon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Ms. A
